Candlepin bowling is a unique local tradition and Mason's is a great place to go for this. It is priced very reasonably and is a good way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon. They also have video games and the like. Don't go expecting anything fancy, but it is a fun way to spend an afternoon and the workers are friendly and helpful. They even have the retro bowling shoes!

As a member of Orchard Hills, I am obviously somewhat biased, but, I must say that Orchard Hills is a great local fitness club. They have a pool, basketball court, tennis bubble, racquetball courts, fitness area, indoor track, and group exercise area. They also have a great outdoor pool area. I think that it is a great value for the large selection of fitness choices, because you can also receive a discount from certain health plans. The staff is friendly and the facility is always immaculate.
