If you are looking for a great steak, do not go any other place! Hereford House has the best meat in the Kansas City area. I happen to love their Black and Bleu steak. It has black peper and bleu cheese melted on top. The meat is sooo tender that it just melts in your mouth. They have a wide variety of cuts of meats to chose from and if you want toppings, you can pick your favorite for an additional amount. You can chose between either the house salad or a caesar salad or get their famous steak soup. To go with you meat, you can pick a side. I normally get the baked potatoe. The meal also comes with a roll. I only wish you could have more bread with your meal. They also have home made dessert. My favorite pick is the carrot cake. Hereford House can be expensive but it is so worth it.

This is an excellent restaurant for steak. Although it’s not just the usual steakhouse. They have very different types of recipes that makes this a place you either love or hate. If you’re happy with the typical meat and potatoes, you won’t care for their variations. They are a bit pricy as well, but it’s a good place to go to for that special occasion.

We went to dinner for our anniversary recently. I mentioned to the hostess it was a special occasion and requested a nice quiet booth. She had our table cloth covered with little "happy anniversary" confetti. We had a delicious meal, a bit pricey, but always worth it. They also gave us a complimentary dessert of our choice. The seafood is always great, and ambience is romantic.

When I walk in I was greeted right away. The place looked clean and maintianed. All of the employee was helpful. They always have new different flavor all the time. I really love the new CUP CAKES. BEST thing every that was created. Can't wait to go back!!!!

The specials are as good as it gets,from an incredible steak nite on wednesdays to the fresh smoked fall off the bone rib tips on weekends, O'Quigley's is the neighborhood spot out south. We have been going here since they opened..And although we don't get to go nearly as much as we did when we lived down south, we still try to make the trip at least once a month. The food is AMAZING! They are a little more expensive than other Japanese steakhouses I've eaten at, but totally worth it! Their ginger sauce is to die for! A lot of their chefs have been there since the beginning and they always put on a great show. I regularly get the filet and shrimp with fried rice. It's SO good! Sometimes even the owner will come cook for you. It's a really fun experience and they're great for a family night or just a date night!!!

This is one restaurant you can always count on. Whether you want a quiet lunch with the girls, or a nice, romantic lunch with someone special. Nice to have a dependable place for a good meal, and an even more delightful dessert. It is food therapy.
