I have been a customer of Kid to Kid for over 6 years, but I am now looking to buy and sell my items elsewhere. Each time I go back to sell items, I get less and less money for them and the store... More

I have been a customer of Kid to Kid for over 6 years, but I am now looking to buy and sell my items elsewhere. Each time I go back to sell items, I get less and less money for them and the store in turn keeps raising their prices! Good investment for them, not for you! I feel robbed! Before I left the store I had one of the salespeople scan and look up about how much cash I would be receiving for my winter coats and snowpants. All of my items were only used one winter and looked brand new. The girl told me I would get $5-6 dollars for each item. I felt satisfied with that and left the store thinking I everything would be good. Not so. I was lied to. I only received $2 or 3 for the items she told me I would receive $5 or 6 for! Since when is lying someone's policy? I feel horrible and wish I could have my items back. I would rather give my items to someone who needed it than feel robbed.

Seriously check this store before you buy new-especially outdoor toys, sleeping bags, bikes, barbie clothes, sports shoes & gear, costumes, DVD/videos, games,swim gear, etc. Best bargin I got: Barbie boat, Barbie bus & Barbie house plus a gallon bag filled hundreds of Barbie shoes & clothes (enough for 50 barbies) for $15.

this is one of the few things i miss most about utah. buck and debbi made me love visiting the store even when i didn't purchase anything. they have a great selection of clothing for all ages of kids. and the toy selection is also fantastic. 99% of my son's clothing came from there, and a good 70% of the toys. -monica

Kid to Kid Layton is one of the greatest kid stores in this town. With great owners and friendly staff, shopping for my kids is actually fun and inexpensive. I can shop for my new born and my 13 year old step son in one outing. I buy all my kids clothing and baby necessities there. If you haven't been to this store and you have children, it is a must to stop in and see what a fabulous place it is. I shop at all three locations that these owners own ( Layton, Riverdale, and Bountiful) because they make me feel welcome and appreciated, not to mention how helpful and knowledgeable they are about car seats, cribs, high chairs, etc. They get an A+++ in my book.
