Please read Mr. Roth's statement above. "an expert staff of top caliber attorneys . ." When did THAT happen? His office staff consists of himself and a woman working off her divorce debt (she lost.) more

A brilliant lawyer 5/7/2012

Perhaps the previous reviewer who was foolish enough to get a DUI was punished for it as they should have been under the law! I personally have no interest in the opinion of someone dumb enough to drink and drive - who does that in this day and age??? My experience with Mr. Roth is that he is a brilliant lawyer who wins! He also takes the time to explain his strategy and to make certain that I was completely prepared. I highly recommend him! He has been an invaluable asset to my family and is a trusted advisor. more

Do not use this guy! A big disappointment. I read other reviews that were good and hired him for a DUI. Big mistake. I wish I had listened to my family and hired someone else. more
