Koto has a great menu. You can sit on your own or choose to be at the grill where they cook in front of you. There sushi is unbelievable and they have a huge selection. They do not have free re-fills on drinks which can add up fast if you are having a soft drink. I would recommend them for a great lunch or dinner.

If you want a special dinner, go to Koto on Wolf Road in Latham. I was first taken there by my family for Fathers' Day and enjoyed it so much I have been back at least ten times. I have brought friends and family to try it and they all were impressed. Everyone who took care of us worked very hard and was very pleasant. The food is outstanding! The sushi is BY FAR the best in the Capital District and the sushi chefs always make a beautiful presentation to go with their tasty craft. You will have birds, palm trees or flowers carved from vegetables or formed from wasabi decorating your dinner. There are several habachi tables and the chefs make sure everyone has a great time.
Bring your wallet, as it is pricey, but it is WELL worth it.
Pros: Food, service, ambiance
Cons: Busy - get there early or call ahead

walking in in was obvious that this would be a fun night out.... the Hibachi chefs were hard at work entertaining the "lucky" ones who had reservations at the Hibachi table.
Our selections came quickly, even though the wait staff were clearly on the march keeping up with a packed house.
The Food was OUTSTANDING, presentation was great. appetizer portions could be bigger but the main course of sushi made up for any reason to beleive we were leaving hungry... HIGHLY recommended... we will be back, next time with friends to be part of the "SHOW at the cooking tables....
Cons: over worked staff
