I have bought and serviced my cars there for years. The service department is top notch. If you have a problem with them you need to look in the mirror they alaways bend over backwards to take care of me. I like the fact that the people have been there for years and know me by name. Keep up the good work Latham Staff.

Bought a used vehicle in March. That side of it was fine. A week later, things started going wrong, really wrong! Since then taken it back in over five times (under warranty, extended warranty). Brought the vehicle in yet again and it has been there for TWO WEEKS. The service department is unorganized and lacks any sort of communication skills. VERY disappointed in Latham Ford and will never buy from them again.
