Good: As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed warmly (even though I didn't have an appointment..a big no-no at those stuffier local places!) I had called ahead and asked about making an appointment for an eyebrow wax, as luck would have it, the afternoon was pretty open and I was welcome to just pop in. Tommy gave me the most beautiful--and the least painful--eyebrow wax of my life. He was pleasant, gentle, and charming. Giorgio was working on another client, and the easy banter between everyone was inviting.. Other: I intend to return for additional services, as well as maintenance for my brows. Thanks for the recommendation, Alloveralbany.com and thanks for the great experience, gentlemen!.

I recently had my hair highlighted and cut. I am very pleased with both services. Tommy did a wonderful job. The salon is adorable and inviting. Giorgio and Tommy are equally as fabulous. Both are clearly perfectionists :) I have never been to a salon where the atmosphere is so friendly and comfortable. There wasn't a stuffy air to be found. Tommy and Giorgio are artists who create beautiful clients and friendships along the way. I'll certainly be returning. It was an uplifting experience.
