I purchased a new 09 FJ and had it delivered with new wheel and rims. Unfortunately, they are too big for the car, and cause rubbing against the frame of the car. The dealership, as well as the General Manager Anthony Woods, refuses to honor their warranty. I now have to spent in excess of $2,100.00 to correct their mistake New car customers, beware of Centennial Toyota!

It has all of the options and I got the best price in town by over $1,100.00 compared to Desert Toyota on Sahara. I am a single mom too! I went to that dealer in Henderson, and they were nice and all, but the price was sorta high. I went to that Desert Toyota on Sahara and their price was laughable, and the guy who I met there kept hitting on me and wanting to go out with me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
So I went home and found Centennial Toyota's website and did the e-mail request thingy on a 4Runner that I have been wanting. I immediatly got an e-mail from Ahab, and then one from his boss, Tiny. A few minutes later, Tiny called me and was very nice and helpfull. He seemed to know all of the answers to the questions I had. I was in a lease and I owned more than what the car was worth. Tiny explained to me how easy it is to get out of that sort of situation. I need to lease because of my job, but the car I had was just not cutting it for me and the payment was too high.
So I drove over to Centennial a few days later and met with Tiny. When I got to the dealership I asked for Tiny and he took me upstairs to his office away from all of the noise down in the showroom where we looked over the options in terms of inventory and payment. I picked out the one that I wanted and he had Ahab take me for a test drive. Both of them? Total professionals the whole time!
I have purchased many cars in my life. When I was married, my husband was always with me. But now that I am a single mom, I was a little aprehensive about doing this on my own. Tiny Malone at Centennial Toyota made all of my fears go away. He gave me a 4Runner at a price that was $900 cheaper than the other dealers and he was totally above board the whole time. I did have to wait a bit to get into the finance office because it was so busy when I was there, but I will put up with that long before I put up with price gouging and getting hit on. None of that happed at Centennial.

Kind of funny reading these reviews. My wife and I just bought our new Toyota Camry from Centennial Toyota last night. First, we went to that Autonation Dealer on Sahara (Desert Toyota), and got jacked around for about three hours. Totally bogus liars! Then when we agreed on numbers, I was told that I had to buy some car wax deal and that if I didn't, they would not sell me the car. WHAT?!?!?!
So we left and went out to dinner. While we were eating dinner at On The Border, the manager over heard our conversation about getting a new Toyota. The manager, Jake, told us to give Tiny Malone at Centennial Toyota a call because Tiny had given him a great deal and he had the very best experience. I was sort of skeptical, but he told us that Tiny is the Director of Centennial Toyota??????s Internet, we called Tiny and he was very straightforward and easy to talk to. I didn't have to fight with him on the phone as all! So me and my wife drove up to Centennial Toyota and Tiny met us at the door.
We visited with him for a few moments, and then Tiny introduced us to Ahab Haddad. Ahab is one of the managers who works for Tiny and was extremely knowledgeable about the Camry we wanted. When we were at Desert Toyota, their internet guy didn't know anything about the car. Not so with Ahab! He knew everything about the car and he was very easy to deal with. AND when we got down to working out the deal...it was EXACTLY what Tiny said it would be over the phone...and $900.00 cheaper than Desert! No arguing or number changes. No tense moments. No gam playing!!! Image that!!! We were in and out of there in one hour!!!!
We love our new red Camry. It is an se v6, and it runs!!!! Most of all, we loved working with Ahab and Tiny over at Centennial Toyota. Tiny is the director of the internet and fleet department, and they had it going on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYO

Do NOT have your car serviced here! I am from San Diego and moved here a year ago. I have a leased 2005 Toyota Camry. I have always had my car serviced from the Toyota Dealership and so I was very happy I moved here and there was one so close to my house. I had my car serviced once and everything went fine. The second time I had a more extensive service that included changing out the cabin air filter. When I picked up my car i noticed my paperwork said something about a cracked cabin filter box. No one even told me but I happened to notice it before I drove away. I got out and asked. They said someone had tried to screw it in too tight and cracked it. Of course it was not them and of course it was not covered under the warranty because it had been done by someone else. I asked to speak to the service manager and they assured me he would call me. I drove away with a noise coming from under the hood that was not there before. It is a constant banging. No one called me. Finally after three calls to them the sevice manager called me back. He told me that I was rude and confrontational. He offered no help and to be honest I did not want to go back. I took the car to two seperat placed near to my home and they both agreed this damage was done VERY recently. Centennial Toyota LIES!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

Toyota and will never step foot back into this dealership. After 3 weeks, I am still waiting for
my deal to close. My trade in has still not been paid off and I was promised cash back which I am also waiting for. No return phone calls. Cannot speak to a manager. Totally unsatisfied. I recommend Desert Toyota!!! A co-worker of mine went there same time as I did and she got excellent service.
