The Border Grill is tucked away from the main restaurants and shops in the Mandalay Bay. From the casino, follow the signs toward the aquarium and you'll walk right past it. It's a little pricey for dinner, but the food is excellent. Classic Mexican dishes are prepared with a unique flavors and eclectic combinations. A fresh take on many standards. Service is excellent as well. I would certainly recommend Border Grill, but be sure to bring your appetite.

They don't miss a beat on their food preparation; everything will arrive exactly as it should be prepared. But it may be more "Cuban" than "Mexican". It is one of the resort's best options for vegetarians; the tamales are great! The interior uses colors even more outrageous than restaurants of this type typically do. Border Grill at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas is located at the hotel, right next to the "beach" and river pool. You have to try their Mexican Chopped Salad. We loved it so much that we went all around town trying to find something like it. There were no salads that even compared so we emailed them and they sent us the recipe!
