Good: The layout of the loft. Ikea esthetics..... Unfortunately really cheap materials. Bad: Oh, that they let anybody move in with out checking their background. Our neighbors were evicted (one of many) for the last 5 months their condo has not been cleaned out & stinks! We've been paying rent to smell live we are living in a garbage can! .Tons of drugs in baggies can be found on property. .No cameras at outside garages-cars have been found without wheels and place on cinder blocks.My little brother got solicited by a hooker while waiting for the elevator! The halls smell of cheap pot.. Improvements: Maybe cameras in halls and garage. That way you can see the vagrants sneak in ,the people who refuse to throw away their trash and who is allowing their dog to crap in the halls!. Other: I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!!!!.

Good: Modern Ikea like style - especially the kitchen! The two stars are for the kitchen and that's it really. Bad: Looks good but is made with cheap materials. (The windows let in All the cold during winter!) Even if you jump through their HOA's "Hoops" you still get screwed over. They'll take your money but cant be bothered to know your names (and it's not hard considering there aren't many units). Other: Not many friendly residents here. At first I thought nobody spoke English but my neighbor informed me that it's mostly because a lot of the residents he knows here are strippers & escort people and are kind of stand offish because of that. So not the best living place for a family.
