To start, I have alot of experience with dealing with brokers, I have several rental properties and have been through the buying process countless times. I started this transaction with another Mortgage Broker, boy was that a mistake... I was told I was approved, no issues, and then all the way up until the day before I was suppost to sign I was informed the deal wasn't going to go thru. This is when I started doing research and came upon Go To Loan Guru. After checking out their website and speaking with the Michael Ivanov regarding my situation, I found them to be extremely helpful. The application process was much easier than the previous company I had been working with. Go To Loan Guru did exactly what was told to me and within the month I had closed on the property. I was completely satisfied with their service.

I wanted to escape my high interest loan , so I tried Go To Loan Guru for the heck of it. I was a bit shocked when Michael Ivanov called me the next day with a variety of options to meet my needs. He was very upfront, and straight forward. I didn't have to supply thousands of documents to get things moving. Most mortgage lenders want a stack of paperwork as high as the ceiling. Michael Ivanov turned out to be extremely knowledgable, friendly, and stayed in constant contact with me via phone and email. In the end though I felt comfortable knowing that I was being taken care of properly. My mortgage couldn't have been easier. The interest rate I received was significantly lower than what I was paying at the time which lowered my monthly payments substantially, and I was even able to get some cash back which took care of some projects around the house that were desperately needed. Go To Loan Guru is an amazing company to work with - honestly. Everytime I see my monthly statement, I'm shocked at how much less I'm paying. I would highly recommend Go To Loan Guru for anyone looking for a great interest rate on a mortgage.

I was referred to Michael Ivanov of Go To Loan Guru by a friend of mine. He had quoted me a very low rate of 5.5 and I was very skeptical at first. I took his papers to a few other lenders who had told me that this was too good and they could not beat it. He had assured me what he promised would not change. I did not know what to think. I loved the terms but did not want to have any unexpected surprises. Well just like my title what he promised he delivered. No changes no surprises. I can not be anymore happier at this point. I will recommend their services 100%.
