Carter is always the place to go whatever you need. I bought my bike from them in '08 and got the best customer service ever. I knew what i wanted and i did not want to play any games. I told the salesman what i expected to pay and they accomodated me. It wasn't the deal I wanted but it was close. the parts people are great and they hacve a ton in stock. i haven't went to service yet but so far so good. great shop. highly reccomend it!

I bought a huge amount of merchandise from this store and thought that their prices were very reasonable. My helper was very attentive. She seemed to know everything about anything in that store. The boys who worked there, on the other hand, kept asking her questions and taking time away from my sale. I think she, Michelle I believe, is an asset to that company and if you go there, I recommend asking for her. Also, try to catch them on a 10% off day!

Always fast with my tires, and they have a huge selection of apparrel and hard parts. Got my skid plate, power now plus, a new clutch and a tire in one stop without having to order anything....Thanx guys!
Pros: tons off Mx, Atv and desert race parts
Cons: not much in street bikes other than tons of tires and basics, brakes, levers etc

It was a pleasure to walk in and be greated in a kind matter.I like the store set up and all my questions were answered. I particully enjoyed the service recieved from the employees and the Manager himself. I recommend this store for anyone who likes a little twist in their lives. If your in the neighborhood this should be one of your stops.

I went in here, and I was overwelmed with the selection. They have every type of Honda all in one place. I got a great deal and I was processed very quickly. The salesman was great. He made sure everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with my purchase. If your in the market for a Honda, this is the place to go.

National has added a cycle department! National has always been the place for great performance car parts, but now it is a one stop shop. The service is friendly and they have everything you could need to fix up your car or cycle. The parking is a bit rough, but once you get in just lay your wallet on the counter. they even carry an extensive line of drag parts and apparel. I would recommend National to any performance enthusiast.

I went in to buy a gold wing on 5/26/07. With 5 salesmen on the floor (only one was actually busy) not one would help me. I walked out and back again, stood by the office that had 2 guys goofing off. Stood by the bikes, Not a word, their loss. It would have been a cash money deal. I absolutely will not return.

I was quoated $5000 to upgrade my 04 FL to a 95 inch that would reach 100 hp. When I went to pick it up they charged me over $7000.....Big Rip OFF. Shop around and avoid LVHD service dept!

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. Buyer Beware! Even after the deal had been agreed to with hands shook, the "finance" folks came out and increased the price of the motorcycle about $1500 on a $2199 deal. Taxes are fair, but really, $1300 bucks on shipping and handling? Why couldn't they be up front on the cost when we shook hands?
My previous experience was about a year ago on service. Unless money is no object, the service charges are unreasonable. Go elsewhere, or at least, go in knowing what I have learned.
