This is a great gallery for new artists. They have shows all the time and you can audition your pieces. Dont be discouraged if your work isn't accepted. Sometimes the show has a theme and your just isn't it. It took me a while to finally exhibit, but once you do you will get plenty of recognition from the local artists scene. It is in 'the arts district' so it is close enough to walk to some other great galleries.

This is a very small museum that will keep the kids busy for about half an hour. There are many great photos of a developing Las Vegas, including the old time Strip, and some early pictures of the Thunderbirds. Other than that, there are a bunch of exhibits of animals, some fossils and a skeleton of a wooly mammoth, which is NOT a dinosaur. There are some interactive exhibits, but this is not really a place for young kids. The mammoth and other exhibits are not cordoned off enough to keep the little ones from climbing in. An inattentive or distracted parent can find themselves with a bit of a problem. The staff is friendly and the tours, though they don't take too long, are informative.

Large number of beautiful girls a girl for every 3 patrons allowing ample opportunity for private dances. Reasonable amount of 2 for 1 private booth lap dances. All the girls are very nice, some can be a little aggressive. Recommend Jacklyn and Hazel for private dance they are complete opposites so you get the best of aggressive and sweet.
Pros: Very beautiful girls
Cons: No Alcohol Served

Whenever I want to see a movie, I go to the Brenden Theaters at the Palms. I used to be a fan of the Century Theaters at the Orleans, but for some reason they don't always have the newest releases. The Brenden Theaters do however. They also have a pretty nice dining area in front of the theatres if you want to catch a bite to eat before or after the movie. The seats are nice and comfy and you don't have to worry about somebody's head getting in the way.

The Neon Museum is a great but out-of-the-way attraction and is about fifteen to twenty minutes off the strip. If you are interested in the old neon signs of Las Vegas, this a great and nostalgic place. They are planning on expanding their present location, which is now mostly outside storage for the huge signs. If you want to tour the outside storage facility, be sure to call ahead and speak with the curator. My wife and I had to sign waivers for photography, but it was a really great experience.

If you're ever looking to have a great time without going to all the casinos and such, give the Sam Boyd Stadium a chance. They have a bunch of events such as concerts, tours, meetings, sport shows, etc all the time. The place is huge so there is enough room for everybody to get a good seat. They concession stands here are also very good, each having food and drinks and a somewhat reasonable cost. If you're a sports fan at all, you'll want to see the Rebels football team play here. You will have a blast...I do everytime I go!

There are many companies that offer tours of the Hoover Dam, but the Hoover Dam Tour Company is one of the best out there. They offer tours via foot, boat, or even helicopter. I did their walking tour and they showed us everything we could possibly want to see, inside and out. Although it was pretty hot when I went, my family and I still had a great time. Highly recommended!
