Talk about an amazing place! Enter M&M World and you have entered chocolate heaven. M&M World is a tall 4-story store located on the LasVegas strip. They offer everything imagineable with the M&M logo/characters on it. From clothing to mugs to plates to school supplies to pillowcases to keychains to Christmas decorations. On one floor they offer a 3-D movie starring those yummy M&M characters from the TV commercials. Frequently throughout the day, one of those characters will walk the store, posing for pictures and handing out M&M's. There is a wall with an immense selection of M&M's in every color imagineable. You can buy just one color or mix&match. The creative combining of colors is left up to your imagination. Yes, prices are high for these little chocolate candies, but where else can you buy a bag of ONLY green M&Ms?? Prices on other merchandies is what you would expect. Every time I visit LasVegas, I always make time to visit M&M World. You should too!

I enjoyed the old free show that Treasure Island put on. I mean, you can't really argue with a free show, right? Well, you can with this one. Basically, it is good. It's free, there's singing, pirates and pyrotechnics. But as I could take a child to the old one, this one, I would be leery of taking anyone not already in puberty. The girls are scantily clad and treating men like pieces of meat. Not something I want a child in my care to see. The show is every hour and a half. Be sure to get there early, since it gets crowded FAST, regardless what show you go to (the earliest is 5:30pm).

The Mandalay Bay is a beautiful resort at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. The giant gold tower rising out of the desert is a beutiful sight. The grounds of the property are expansive. There are many restaurants, a large casino area, unbelieveable pools, and a large convention center all on site. There are at least 4 pools that I saw, a wave pool, a few regular pools, a lazy river ride. At least one of the areas around a pool was coverend in sand like a beach. Everything about The Mandalay Bay is gorgeous, I suggest you check it out!

First off, if you're expecting a typical Cirque show with nothing but acrobatics, then you're likely to be disappointed. Ka is more like a ballet with the option to use "in the air" as a performance area. There were some amazing acrobatics and other tricks (the twirler was particularly good, she did things I've never seen anyone else do!), the focus is more on the story, so it's less of an all-out acrobatic-fest.
That said, the performance was amazing. I chose it over the others because it did seem more like a ballet- something I enjoy- and it did not disappoint. The stage was an amazing piece of work- sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not, sometimes it's vertical, sometimes it's on an incline- just seeing what they did with the stage next was fantastic fun. The performers did a great job and the guy who played the bodyguard for the twins was amazing- my only complaint was that he didn't get more stage time!
The music was great and the story was easy to follow. The pre-show shows were fun and the speakers inside the seats were a surprise and added a lot to the experience. If you just want to see one acrobatic trick after another, pick a different Cirque show. If you want to watch a cross between a ballet and aerial kung-fu flicks, this is the show for you.
Pros: Everything
Cons: None

We took the kids for grandma's visit. The parking was oddly marked so we parked on the dirt next to the fence. As soon as we got out of the van we were greeted by 2 wayward peacocks out for a stroll. The smell of urine hits you immediately but it is only by the back building we parked near.
There are more birds than you know what to do with but the constant movement of the birds kept the kids amused and laughing the entire time we were there. My son loved feeding the different kinds of birds especially the baby chicks. The best deal on seed was to buy a cup where you buy the entrance ticket for $1 and they recycle the cups so be sure to bring it back to them. You can also buy food for the goats.
It is a small zoo but they make due with the limit space and funding. There is enough for a small child to enjoy the zoo experience without being bored and you don't feel bad with the price either. They had a senor rate for grandma and there was a 50% off coupon for the kid's ticket online.
The birds did get to be a pain but only for the adults. The kids loved it. It is worth this little annoyance to see the fun your kids will have here.

This is a great experience both in 3 D and 4 D. Once you pay you can go back through it several times during the day. They have a lot of Star Trek memorabilia for you if you are a Trekki.

Not being an expert in the Elvis department, I cannot say if the place would appeal to the hardcore fans but as a normal person I thought this place was fun and entertaining. I wanted to see Elvis-a-rama eversince I moved here. But after seeing a bunch of Elvi I thought I've seen enough...until I came here. There are so many things and it's truly vintage Las Vegas.

This place is for people of all ages. The casino are for adult and the arcade are for the kids. The arcade is very big (probably the biggest one in vegas) and it have all the games kids like and a lot of prizes that are easy to win. Plus, they have a free circus show every half hour. They also have a theme park which is the best thing they have. The theme park have all these cool rides like the roller coaster, water ride, chaos, and many more. You can pay for each ride individually or just buy an all day ride pass for $20. Very good place if you have some kids and want them to have fun. It's a great place for party too. I have my birthday party there last year and it was great.

The one that shoots you up and the one that takes you out over the side of the tower and spins you around were very fun, exciting, extremely thrilling! I'm like not even impressed by most coasters anymore cuz I'm like immune to extreme thrills. But these two were awesome. I did NOT like the one that was like a coaster it just goes almost vertical and then lets you drop like you are going to slide right off the track and down the side of the building. It was not fun just nerve racking, cheap thrills.
Pros: Nice view.
Cons: I suppose if you have vertigo issues, well then...
