Aureole is excellent in every way. The room is dramatic and quiet. The food is very good by any standard. The sweet pea ravioli starter and beef duo entree are worth a mention. The e-winebook makes navigating a large wine list a snap. The meyer lemon gelee pre-dessert was also perfect as was the service.Aureole is worth every penny

A group of us now have a tradition when we go to Vegas and that is that Saturday night we have dinner at The Mix! Definetly the way to top the weekend in Vegas. We went back for the second time last week and we were seated at the same table as 5 months ago! But that was not just the same coincidence, the service was just as good, the food was just as tasty and the view is what we remembered. There is a limited menu but if you want selection stick to a buffet and do not come here! After dinner we step into the lounge right next door (make sure to go the bathroom, the best view ever and its there!!) The staff is very friendly and not uptight. They do not rush you out and the service is excellent. At the end of dinner if you do not order desert, its OK you will still get a treat with hazelnut chocolate!
Pros: Best view from any location (restaurant, lounge and Bathroom)
Cons: A bit pricey for the amount of food and limited menu

My wife and I just got back from a trip to Vegas and ate at Hugo's Cellar for the first time. I'm not sure about the two reviews before mine (They seem to have a personal beef with someone). Our experience was great. We had reservations, but arrived early and were seated anyway without issue by a friendly hostess. Our two servers were Michael and Anthony. Both of them were very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and proper restaurant etiquette. Our food was cooked to perfection and was equally as tasty. Our salad's and everyone else's salad (that I could see) were prepared in front of the tables. The price was not cheap, but at the same time I have ate at many other Vegas restaurants that cost more with much less to offer. We rarely travel off the Strip to eat, but from now on Hugo's Cellar will be one of our destinations every time we visit Vegas
Pros: Great food and Service
Cons: Downtown and not on the Strip

I made reservations 2 weeks in advance with not much research put into it. When I found out it was a nightclub after hours I was worried it would take away from a romantic night out with my girlfriend. After reading one positive review and one negative review I further questioned my choice. When I tried to valet my truck the attendent said they were not parking private vehicles unless we were staying at the hotel. After he saw my displeasure after being blocked in, and , said I had reservations at a restraunt - he decided to accept us. Once we arrived in the restraunt things started to look up. The seating in the raised booths were intimate and the decor was eye pleasing. We lucked out and got seated next to the "show" with the girl dressing(unfortunately behind a cover) and putting on make up etc. It added to the conversation.
Our waitress "Kimberley" or "Kim" to her friends was very attentive to us and made sure we were "having fun". Service was excellent (bonus points). We ordered the cheese plate for an appetizer and liked the variety that was offered. Dinner consisted of the Tuna (excellent) and she had the Salmon (also excellent). The ceasar salad was plain of which we shared. All plates can be split up which was great for the intimate experience for sharing or order single sides and encouraged to feed each other.
The only negative comment I have was the music being a little overbearing along with the bass rattling the seating. I highly recommend this place for a nice (intimate) dinner out while in Vegas.
Pros: Ambience,Seating,Decor,Food,Service
Cons: Loud Music

It actually sits in a small shopping strip behind another restaurant. When you walk inside, if it isn"t from Bavaria, you won't find it in the cafe. It is divided into 3 areas: the "Bavarian Room," seats about 25; a market/deli; and a wine and beer "cellar." It's easy to get in at lunch, and the owner; Tanya Brandl has had it about 8 years.
Pros: Bavarian Cuisine, Festive, good parking
Cons: Hidden from street, few seats

We are visitors from Ft. Lauderdale and have done our fair share of champagne brunches on our many travels. The moment we sat down at our table our wonderful experience began. Who could not love a Perrier Jouet toast for a birthday celebration. Our waiter Caesar was absolutely attentive without hovering. The food journey to begin with the salad bar that is as absolutely fresh as it could possibly be with two types of Salmon, fresh greens, assorted delicately composed vegetables with delightful dressings. Next came fresh oysters, crab legs and shrimp to tempt your palate for the the rest of the spread. On we went to the Sushi bar where we feasted in gastronomic delight to the caviar and creme fresh. I came back several times for the delightfully fresh sushi and rolls. Next they had the most wonderful belgin waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs Benedict. Then came the Lamb ( which was perfectly done) and the pork tenderloin. On the other side we had Mahi Mahi, king crab legs, broiled maine lobster. Last by not least the desserts were incredible, something to tempt all of your taste buds. This is not your typical Vegas style buffet, it well worth the money and I would go back again and again. I hardly ever have more than one plate of food, but this time I had at least 3 or 4 plates of food. The service is outstanding. I would make reservations even if it is low season. We did not have reservations and they seated us. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Pros: The best brunch in Vegas, Food and Service Outstanding
Cons: Make sure you have a reservation

so i have tryed all 3 cheesecake factories in vegas and have more then pleasent times. my favorite out of all 3 was the one in summerlin. we waited no more then 20 minutes for our seats and the hostess was extremely sweet. our server introduced herself and right away got us acquinted with the menu and the soup of the day. she took our drink orders and brought us bread. she then took our orders, my husband opted for the jambalaya she sweetly let him know that it had a kick to it and it was made with clam juice. that statement made our night. my husband is EXTREMELY allergic to any shellfish. she was very helpful and never rushed us and was always helpful with questions. this particular night i had NO idea what kind of cheesecake to eat the waitress suggested i should take a little walk to the bakery to maybe look at what i could choose as opposed to read it from the menu. while looking at the cakes the people in the bakery offered to answer any questions i had and believe me i am one for questions. the bakers were all very knowledgeable. they explained that there are over 35 cheesecakes and they told me the top ones and which ones i might like that had chocolate. i ended up choosing the adams peanut butter one and it was simply amazing!!! besides their 30 something cheesecakes they have espresso drinks, ice cream desserts, and 3 7-layered chocolate cakes. cheesecake factory is for sure my favorite place for dinner and dessert.
Pros: Ambience, Dessert, Hospitality and Knowledgable Staff.
Cons: Pretty Busy, no where to sit/stand in the lobby.

My wife and I eat at GB on a regular basis, why, I love the fresh brewed Marzen beer. I like the decor, there is always room to find a seat, even in the bar where we like to sit. Staff is friendly and actually remember us. Highly recommend a visit here in Las Vegas. We have tried other GB's, but Vegas is the best so far.
Pros: Best beer in town! And good food.
Cons: A little pricey.
