What sucks more then to have someone break your window at 2 am!!!! I am thankful that this company is around the corner,they had one of their man come out and board my window in less then an hour!!I will have to say it's pricy but worth it!!!Beside the prices they really do have great customer service.The gentleman even cleaned the broken glass on the floor which he didn't have too,and I bet was not in his to do list at 2-3 am in the morning.Highly recommend this glass company to anyone! more

Very good service at an affordable price 9/19/2011

I called Davis Glass because they are close to where I work and I could pick up my piece on my way home. Mr. Davis himself gave me a price quote on my desk top glass and said he could have it for me by mid-morning. I was very happy with the cut and handling of the piece. I was also impressed by the speed of service. When I arrived, I was told that my glass was 1/8 inch too large and they would either re-cut it for me or give me a discount. I figured they were crazy and accepted the discount... an eighth of an inch? It sits on my desk just right! Their price seemed low to begin with compared to the others that I had called! I will use Davis Glass again. more

In a time of need... 5/10/2011

After having a break in at our business the other night, we called Davis Glass and spoke directly with the owner. He assured us that a memeber of his staff would be there promtly and secure our place of business. The price on the emergency service was extremely fair and the glass replacement was timely and convenient. Their window film company followed up with us a few days later and installed security film on our existing glass for added protection and peace of mind. Thanks again Davis Glass and Davis Window Film. more

Excellence 6/4/2010

Good quality of glass and excellent customer service.I seriously think this company is one of the best in Vegas or maybe the only best.This company has done so much work for my business and have done my brother-in-law 4 am emergency call and they were quick and very helpful.I would recommend this business to ANYONE! Run, don't walk away from Davis Glass! 12/11/2009

Customer service is horrible, they're rude, impatient, and they tell you one price, but charge a much higher one when they finally get there. They give the impression they don't even like having to deal with customers at all, including the women in the office, who were very irritated that I actually had a question and was taking up their valuable time. I've told everyone I know to avoid dealing with Davis Glass at all costs, and naturally I'll never deal with them again either. Pros: None whatsoever Cons: rudest people I've talked to more

THIS IS A GREAT GLASS COMPANY 2/5/2009

I CALLED DAVIS ON A REFERAL . IT WAS A VERY GOOD CHOICE . WHEN I CALLED I LET THEM KNOW APROX. SIZES FOR THE TABLE TOPS I WANTED. THEY GAVE ME A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND THEN SENT AN EMPLOYEE TO GET PERFECT SIZES. ITS A GOOD THING THEY CAME OUT BECAUSE MY MEASUREMENTS WERE WRONG . THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ADJUSTED MEASUREMENTS AND PRICE AND MY TABLE TOPS WERE PERFECT. more

never a problem 7/31/2008

Of all the glass companies that i have dealt with since i moved to Las Vegas 3yrs. ago this company has the most professional staff, the office people and installers are very polite . The installers that have come to my office on 3 occasions have done work as if it were their own home! Their prices are very competetive with other glass companies but just the fact that the quailty of their work is superior to others I have no problems calling them back for all my glass and window needs. more

Avoid ask questions/beware of bait and switch 6/6/2008

Davis window quoted us at $225.00 installed with no questions asked. They get here and claim the vinal that keeps the glass from touching the metal will cost another $80.00. I paid it because it's 100 degrees outside and did not want to wait until next week to get the window repaired. If you call them have them include all the add ins!!!! Avoid -- Inconsistent & Not Too Nice... 4/24/2008

When you have to call a repair service, things are not going well. The last thing you need is to be treated inconsistently, and more importantly, you do not want to be treated rudely (or) like a burden. I spoke with one person at Davis Glass & Mirror who, when asked, gave me an expected range-of-cost for the glass I needed to replace. I took some measurements and called back only to be confronted with a rude, condescending person who rattled off their stock numbers (as if I would have a clue about THAT), and gave me a price nearly $200 more than the range-of-price quoted earlier. When you hear a ?service? representative say ?I do not know who you spoke with but they were wrong.? lased with mild contempt and, ?That is not how you measure glass, do it this way or I cannot help you?? it should raise the red flags. Just because we expect poor customer service does not mean companies should strive to provide poor customer service? Pros: They are easy to find on Google Cons: Poor customer experience more

They were very prompt and inexpensive. The lady who made the appointment was very efficient and pleasant. She, also, made making the payment convenient and easy. I would definitely call them, again. more

Overpriced 7/2/2007

their emergency service charge is $250.00 just to show up and then they said they had to ""special order "" the glass for my door which was not true and extremely over-priced, I would not recommend them to anyone, I called Kelly glass and they had it completed within 1 hour of my call and were half the price. Pros: non Cons: overpriced more
