We have taken my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix to Sun Auto on West Trop twice, both times in the same year. Because I have an older car, I had some major issues, to which they gave us excellent service, and seemed to care. They even let us split our payments in half to get these repairs done. This time when we brought the car in for new brakes and to have my service engine light checked, they did not seem like they cared, all they wanted was to nickel and dime our pockets. I had spoken with employee Scott there yesterday over the phone and he said it would cost me NOTHING to look at my car and find out why my service engine light was on but today when we brought it all of a sudden it would cost us 95.00 to do a diagnostic check. LIARS! This economy has made their lever of service very crappy if you ask me and we will NOT go back.

I'm amazed at the service level of the Sun Auto on West Trop. I arrived one morning after a mishap on my way to work. I was already late for an appointment and there employee, Christian amazed me by his actions. He understood my situation and went out of his way to get my vehicle looked at. It was just a simple repair but they could have charged me 3 times as much and I would have been happy. In today's world, especially in Vegas, its nice to see there are people out there who genuinely cared about my situation and took care of me. I will always be grateful. Thank You.

I took my car to Sun Auto last week and I have to say this was the most impressive automotive experience I've ever had. I had taken my vehicle to another place, one of those places that advertise a cheap oil change to get you in the door, for an oil change and they told me I needed brakes front and rear and rotors. I took it to Sun Auto and the manager Steven told me that my brake pads and rotors were fine. He could have very easily told me I needed brakes and I would have assumed I did just because the last place said I did. Its nice to see honesty and integrity still exist in this world today. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest car repair.

Perhaps I just had one bad experience but I used to go to sun auto all the time for my auto troubles and agreed with the other reviewers on their honesty and good work. A couple of months ago, i had a major problem with my car and everything was completely different. They seemed more interested in me using my maximum line of credit than they did in fixing my car. Then, I found out, that what they said was wrong, was completely false. For me, I won't be going back there. Perhaps I just got a bad employee that time.

The guys at Sun Auto Service are true professionals, as is evidenced by their inability to accommodate walk-in service. Most all service must be performed by appointment, due to demand, I assume. But, when you are able to have them service your vehicle, you understand why. Don't get me wrong, however, generally you can make an appointment within 24 hours and get it. PROS: Great service, Friendly staff CONS: Very busy
