I went to Radio Shack to purchase a car adapter for my new ipod. I didn't know much about the ipod, so I went to Radio Shack to ask some questions. The salesperson who assisted me didn't know much either, but he was willing to open the merchandise and read in order to better assist me. The manager refused to look at the merchandise in order to assist us and she assisted other customers instead. I felt this was very rude. We did purchase the adapter and the salesperson reported that we could bring it back if it wasn't what we wanted. He was very willing to help.
