I absolutely loved Pierre's. My mother even bought her wedding dress there. I don't remember the name of the woman that helped me but she was Asian and so cute. It's like she instantly was able to understand my personality and she became pretty quirky throughout the day with me. Dress shopping had become a little bit stressful until I went to Pierre's, where the whole day was just a day of fun. I had explained to her that I wanted a dress that was completely different from all others but still gorgeous. She brought me dress after dress and I loved them all. When she brought one in and antique gold color, I was a little hesitant about it but she pushed me to try it on anyways, swearing that I'd like it. I'm glad I gave in because it happened to be the dress I bought! She knew exactly what I had in mind and I hope she's there again when I look for bridesmaid dresses. It was a fabulous experience for me!

Got my prom dress from here and someone had the very same dress on!! These dresses were SUPPOSED to be registered so girls @ the same school diddn't wear the same ones. You have to understand that this store advertised this lie.... I was very upset and went back to the store. The lady could barely look at me, she just said there was nothing she would do. I spent 500.00 on a special day and I ended up looking like someone else. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY.

I'd never thought that I would find the dress of my dreams until I went to the 2 story pink building on West Saginaw, Pierre's Bridal. Kris, one of the employees was great and knowledgeable about bridal, she helped me find the bridesmaids that matched my wedding dress. The service and the attention to detail was wonderful. I recommend Pierre's Bridal to all my friends who are getting married.

Virginia the manager was ver helpful and friendly, she helped my daughters feel like a princess. I was very pleased with their service and i would recommend Pierre's Bridal anybody that wants good service!

Thankfully I was only a bridesmaid and not the bride while dealing with Virginia at Pierres; nothing could have more quickly turned me into bridezilla! First of all, her mere prescence is unprofessional. I would think nobody that is dropping $150. to over $1,000. should be waited on by someone in sweat pants and a sloppy ponytail. Secondly her measurments were TOTALLY off for most of us. Her 10 yr old daughter was answering the business phone (during wedding and prom season? c'mon!) She is a very unorganized liar, out of six of us she was constantly telling us different things. I am by no means ethnocentric and I do speak foreign languages, but while being fitted or simply waited on by two people having their own private conversation in another language is RUDE! And finanlly the absolute worst thing that woman did was talk poorly about another of our bridesmaids to two of us! She had no idea what the relationships of all of us were! I found her to be extremely offensive for that is my best friend she trash talked! I could go on and on, but what's the point. Pierres will run its self into the ground.

I never expected my bridal dress shopping to be such a hassle. The people at Pierre's lied to me over and over. I was not satisfied with my purchase because Pierre's did not give me all the accessories that were supposed to come with my dress. They made up many excuses about how they would get the item to me, but never did. The staff were unfriendly and they were dishonest and disrespectful. I thought the manager would have more concern about the customers, but the manager -Virginia -was the worst of all the employees there as she made up outrageous excuses, lied to me, and made a game out of trying to get me my additional accessory to me. Pierre's is the worst bridal shop in Lansing!

Pierre's Bridal may look pretty in pink from the outside, but inside it is snooty and cold. They tried to push me to buy the most expensive dress possible, even though it was not the one that looked the best on me. The employees were rude and appeared desperate which led me to believe that they work on commission. In addition, they will not give you any privacy. While I was between trying dresses on, their sales associate swung the curtain open and came barging in while I was standing there in my underwear (this happened three times). Once I found my dress, I still needed accesories, but the employees did not help much. Obviously accessories would not get a big enough commission for them. If you want to feel special while shopping for your big day, do not go to Pierre's Bridal because they just don't Care!
