They offer service around the greater lansing area but especially around east lansing and MSU. I have used them to get to places that are out of the way and that the bus does not go to, however they are mainly used for people to get home after a night of drinking. They have decent rates, and they are very prompt.

I called the day before to verify they would do a pick up in Dewitt. They said yes but would be busy on NYE so call 1 hour before you want to be picked up. When I called on NYE they said it would be 40 minutes and they were there in 20 minutes. Plus they called my cell phone to let me know they were there. Very pleased with the service!

Quality wise they will take great excellent care of your stuff and nothing got damaged during my experience. They are fast friendly, and really overall a great choice. Their pricing is very competitive also.

I went here looking for a used car. The staff here was very knowledgable but however they seemed to keep wanting to push me into buying a higher end car than what I was looking for. Overall the experience wasnt bad but I felt that I didnt get all my questions answered since they kept trying to push me in the same direction.

While at the Lansing Mall yesterday, we visited JCPenney. Our kindergartener already has enough clothes but the sales were too hard to resist. They had great sales, and I did make a purchase.
However, this isn't the only JCP that I have a hard time navigating around. Everything seems disorganized and cluttered in this particular JCP. It's hard to find sizes and sale items unless your a clever veteran deal finder!

My husband and I stayed here on New Year's. We were unable to use the pool or hottub becuase of the amount of kids screaming and running around. If you have kids and love the noise, this is the place for you. If you want romance and quite time, forget it. Room was clean and cozy.
Pros: Shuttle Bus Driver was Cool
Cons: Too many kids and no where for adults to chat quitely except for the hotel room.

First and foremost, it costs $10.00 (as of this date) to valet your vehicle at this hotel. There is a parking deck just beyond the hotel, but you would obviously have to pay there as well. The rooms are sufficient, but there are issues with the heat as they make a very annoying noise all night long. Otherwise the hotel floors are very quiet. We asked for a roll-a-way for our room and it was brought up immediately and even made up for us. But, it was not mentioned to us that it would cost $15.00, it was simply placed on the bill. Also, we were charged $7.00 for parking, even though we had parked elsewhere. These charge issues were resolved immediately. Just be aware of them and address them accordingly.

First off, I must admit I booked the hotel through Hotwire dot com and got a rate that was about 50% off of the normal rate, so this definitely colored my experience in a positive direction. The hotel has a great location, but is in need of a facelife/refurbishment. Everything was clean but the lighting was bad and the decor a bit tired. However, I still felt it was an excellent value. Their business center is easily accessible and Internet services are reasonably priced. Their snack room saved me on more than one evening. TGIFridays is attached and delivers directly to your room. They have an indoor pool, and I would avoid having a room near there if possible. There seemed to be a children convention on the weekend I stayed and it was very loud, but ultimately harmless. The bed was comfy, plenty of electrical outlets and lots of TV channels. I found the rooms to be much bigger than the average hotel room, and I appreciated that. Not a fancy place, but again, a very good value and it fit my needs perfectly for visiting family and friends. I'll be back.
