Everytime I have eaten at "The Treehouse" I have been pleasantly surprised! Leo's serves generous portions and the price won't break the bank. I have never been there when they have a band playing but I'll bet that's a hoot! I enjoy dining at Leo's very very much! I'm sure that you and your family will enjoy it as well! more

Good food, cheap beer 12/7/2005

Leo's Lodge offers everything you might ask of such a place. The food is good, the portions plentiful, the beer cheap (it seems like they always have Heineken on special), and the service speedy. A great place to sit inside and watch a game (much better atmosphere than a big chain like BW3), or in warm weather sit outside on the covered porch. more

AWESOME!!! 11/18/2005

We love Leo's Lodge! The pizza and bread sticks are fabulous! This is one of the best places in the area to get pizza and I cannot say enough about their fried cod! It is wonderful! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from the name. It is a great place to meet friends for a drink and a bite to eat! more

I USED TO LIVE DOWN THE STREET FROM LEOS, AND IT WAS A FAVORITE PLACE FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND TO WALK TO. LEOS HAS A FUN, LODGE- TYPE ATMOSPHERE. THEY HAVE A VARIETY OF FOOD, WHICH MAKES FOR A GREAT DATE IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO EAT. PIZZA IS ALWAYS GOOD THERE AS WELL AS THE FISH AND CHIPS! more

We love Leo's Lodge! 9/1/2005

We live near Leo's Lodge and this is a great place to take the family! Yes, it's a bar, but it's not really that much of a bar atmosphere inside. The food is great. Their pizza is excellent, and so are most of the sandwiches and fried items on their menu. My little guy can be a picky eater but he always finds something he likes at Leo's. The restaurant has a bar side and a restaurant side, and in the summer, their outdoor deck is available for seating. They have a pool table inside, too. Oh, and if you like Bloody Mary's, they have a great "mix your own" option. They bring you a tray of "stuff" such as Worchestershire sauce, Tabasco, pepper, pickle juice, etc., to spice up your drink the way you like it. I highly recommend Leo's Lodge! more

Great (HUGE) Food, Rustic Environment 7/24/2005

Looking for something a little rustic for lunch? Try Leo’s Lodge in Lansing. Styled like a log cabin with all of the rustic fixings, Leo’s offers a nice menu of sandwiches, salads, burgers, and more. If its nice outside, be sure to enjoy their patio where you’ll sit on round picnic tables and enjoy the food. Though their service is sometimes slow, Leo’s is always a good time. The décor is great and makes you feel like you’re in a bar/restaurant buried in the Upper Peninsula somewhere. There is also Leo’s Outpost, which I haven’t visited yet. I do, however, highly recommend the Lodge! more
