If you're a real man and don't go to one of these sissy "hair salon" places when your mop needs a trim, you should definitely head over to the Frandor Barber Shop. Be prepared for a throw-back to at least the early 70s and I'd say even further back than that. Lime green walls, some super ancient guy shining shoes off to the side, and a bunch of dirty old men telling jokes. It doesn't get any better. I prefer to sit in Phil's chair when he's there, but anyone at the Frandor Barber Shop will do.

At ceragem you can get 1 free heated bed massage a day 6 days a week. No gimmicks no sales, just come and they talk about health and then you get on the bed. Takes about an hour total. The 40 minute cycle on the bed combines heat and chiropractic as well as pressure points. The beds are available for sale, but you have to have come for a while to see what they can do for you and they will never try to sell you one. So it's a great way to get a free massage from the Ceragem beds.

This is the best salon! You can get everything from your haircut and colored, Waxing nails to a great pedicure. The staff is wonderful very friendly it is like hanging out with the girls and having great conversation. Men even you can enjoy the services that are provided with Excell's from haircuts to yes even waxing or a manicure.

If you pick Sherry then you have picked the best. She really knows her job. She is an expert in her field. I will not go to anyone else any more. I always get the perfect hair color and or highlights. I can't say enought positive things about her work. You will be happy.

I started using Lockworx when Frank first opened it a LONG time ago. I went in to get my very long and thick hair permed since it was the only way I knew how to wear it. He said no, you don't need it permed, I'll give it a good cut that will be nicer. I was stunned at how nice my hair looked!! He could have permed it and gotten a LOT more money out of me that day since my hair usually took two perms! I was impressed, and have been a pretty steady customer ever since. I moved to Holt for fifteen years, but went back after skipping around and never finding a stylist that cut my hair as well as the well trained staff at Lockworx. They always ask me about additional services, and I am glad they do or I would forget to have my brows waxed, etc!! I get compliments on my hair a LOT, and I know it is due to their professional advice and constantly upgraded skills. My current stylist is Mandy, and she is always suggesting new highlights, updates, etc to keep me current.
Pros: great parking, it is close, free, and next to Beaners!!

The facility is kept clean and comfortable. Radios are in each area allowing you to listen to music and relax while tanning. There are also fans in each room so that you can control the temperature and not get too hot while in the beds. Appointments are easy to make and walk ins are often available. Prices are fair and there are often sales and specials.

SO if you have a limited tanning budget this is the place to go. I think they have the cheapest tanning around. I could be wrong but I really think this is the best value. Located in frandor closer to the end near Sears.
This place often sends out coupons that make it even cheaper to use. They seem to keep the place pretty clean. The hours are reasonable. I would recommend this place based on the value and location. Lame name but that is not too important.

From the second you walk in and get blasted by the potent aromatherapy smells your body will simply melt in place with the ambiance. While all hospitals have their ups and downs, Sparrow is a pretty good place. Always well staffed, have some fabulous clinicians and many advanced medical technologies available. The ER can be slow, but I guess that happens everywhere. On the other hand, an added bonus of this hospital is that it has the only separate, specialized pediatric ER in the area. Doing many renovations which is nice to see the hospital being updates. Frustrating to have to pay for parking. The entire mother baby center just refurbished. Overall a very good hospital that I trust with my family.
