I'm used to working out at facilities where I'm respected as a customer. If I say hello to the manager/owner I don't expect him to ignore me half the time. I'm glad if the owners start to feel comfortable with me, but that shouldn't give license to be the brunt of abusive behavior. One of the co-owners there has been consistently rude to me and just tonight breached a barter contract we had (time worked for months in gym membership). The fee here is low, but it's not worth the long drive, the cramped set-up, and especially not the often-quirky, sometimes abusive and rude comportment of one of the co-owners. Pros: Very low monthly payment. Cons: Rude Co-Owner, Cramped Facility, Way Out In Holt

Hey all, I signed up here for over a year and was in for a rude shock when I moved and had to cancel. The problem is that the membership is managed through National Fitness Financial. I sent in my membership and letter stating that I need to cancel my membership. I had no response and when I inquired they informed me that they received a blank envelope. I did some research and there were many complaints about how they say they never recieve anything you mail them. Also the financial company is not accredited by the better business B and has a D for the rating. The actual gym quality doesn't matter if you'll end up getting signed on to a horrible financial company with no morals. I still have gotten my account closed after moving out of state with no gym and it has been 6 months. I hope this saves some people from my experience. This is a family-owned business whose owners really care. Loyal long-term customers are the best proof that this one-of-a-kind fitness center is a great value and takes excellent care of its customers. Equipment and trainers are terrific, things are clean and well-maintained, and the on-site child care offered free while members work out is above-average.

I love New Life Fitness.. ive been going there for months. The price is the best ive herd of. They are so friendly and nice. Its very clean, great equiptment, training and help. I love how upfront they are about everything. The atmosphere is non intimidating, you feel like your working out at home. I love going there and I am really getting results. =D they also have 1 week free trials for tanning and the gym so theres no reason not to give them a try. Pros: amazing atmosphere. Cons: none!
