This practice is top rate. A wide variety of doctors and nurse practitioners provide care for women and those in the midst of a pregnancy. The doctors and staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and capable. Every physician is highly experienced and truly shows their genuine care for women and their health. The office and available treatments are modern and current. The practice has experts come in to teach classes focused on many areas of women's health. Each doctor and nurse does everything they can to help you feel not only comfortable and at ease, but knowledgeable and in charge of your body and your health. This is the practice I used when pregnant, and I was more than happy with their care -- even through one high risk pregnancy. You can rest in their capable care. I wouldn't dream of going to any other practice.

When it came time to choose a hospital in Lansing in which to have our first-born child, Sparrow was the obvious choice. We had the most friendly and informative staff or nurses that we could ever ask for, and the team of doctors was excellent.
We were surprised to see that our Mother & Baby room was recently remodeled and had hardwood floors, updated décor, and a very warm inviting feel. What’s more, we were lucky enough to be directly across from the nursery. Sparrow goes the extra mile when delivering a baby, as they include a “free” diaper bag, a “Sparrow hospital” baby blanket, and lots of other baby essentials.
The nursing staff was so great that we didn’t want to leave! After all, once you’re home, there is no “nurse” button to push at 2 AM if you have questions.

This office is wonderful! The facility itself is very nice and clean. The staff makes sure that you understand what is happening, and what comes next. These surgeons are well known and respected and are highly experienced. They take extra care to make sure you have everything necessary to maintain comfort after a procedure. Their follow up care is as good as the initial treatments. The office has actually called us to check in after family members have had surgery just to make sure that everything was okay and that there wasn't anything else that they could do. An office I highly recommend.

Dr. Elmer Novis at the Creyts Road Family Health Center in Lansing is guy to see. He has a very professional but friendly demeanor, and you know he just knows what he's talking about. The only issue I had was that it's a typical health center, and they make you get there early, fill out lots of paper work then make you wait anyway before you get to see the doctor. But don't let that deter you from seeing from see such a knowledgeable and comforting doctor.

Although I don’t have any personal need for the services of Sonus Hearing Care Centers, my grandparents certainly have given them a good chunk of business. They both have hearing problems and at Sonus Hearing Care Centers they are treated with respect and virtually all their questions are answered by a knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t imagine a better company to trust your hearing needs to.

Dr. Meier I was given because my insurance accepted him. He does all the basic necessities needed for health care. I find I have to sometimes ask for anything I may have concerns with however. But I don't have any problems getting my prescriptions. He is very detailed where I get my blood work check every 6 months instead of a year from my old dr. for my thyroid problem. Overall a pretty good doctor
