The banquet facility in the Royal Scot Golf Course is very nice. There is a lot of space and it is very well maintained. The food was good at the receptions that I attended. The golfing is also very nice. It is well taken care of and the prices are average.

This is our favoriate Chinese restaurant. I've liked everything we've tried on the menu. My daughter is fussy about her pot stickers, and these are her flat-out favorites. She gets two orders to take another one home for the next day. The cuisine includes the usual favorites (I'm partial to the Hunan Shrimp and the Hot and Sour soup), but also Taiwanese specialties.
It's in Frandor shopping mall-not an exclusive locale-but the food is first rate, and the restaurant never seems to be overcrowded. The service is always friendly.

Everytime I have eaten at "The Treehouse" I have been pleasantly surprised! Leo's serves generous portions and the price won't break the bank. I have never been there when they have a band playing but I'll bet that's a hoot! I enjoy dining at Leo's very very much! I'm sure that you and your family will enjoy it as well!

We love going to Mitchell's for special night out. Their food is a little on the expensive side but it is well worth it. They have a great menu even if you do not like seafood. Everything seems to be fresh.

The best of authentic mexican food. The chips are great, salsa good and margaritas amazing. Flautas are my favorite, but sometimes I get the variety plate, because everything is so very good. Try the cheese dip, it's good. And if you want a huge salad, the toppo salad is enough for 2 atleast. It's a pile. The cooking is very good and very authentic mexican fare!

Let me start by saying the food is some of the most authentic I have been able to find in Lansing. While growing up my grandparent woulds always cook Italian meals seeing how there parents were from Italy. Eating at Emil's brings back the memories of the meals that my grandparents would make. The price is alo extremely well and the atmosphere is awesome!

It's a very small place, so you'll need to make a reservation a couple days in advance if you're planning a weekend meal. This isn't a typical bar/steakhouse: dress above casual or you'll be out of place. Once inside the dark little room, you'll be ushered into a 'cozy' booth with 'romantic' lighting. The salad isn't very good at all, the service is aristocratic, but the steaks are out of this world. I had the 16 oz NY Strip Steak, and it was every bit of 18 oz, cooked to perfection - melted in my mouth. My wife was far less satisfied with her meal. The shrimp cocktail isn't shrimp at all, but "jumbo shrimp" (which are a totally different species: prahn - a cheaper alternative that taste awful), and not worth the $1.50 per shrimp they charge. For a steak dinner & another meal (I don't remember what she had, but it wasn't higher than everything else on the menu), with 2 cokes, our bill was $70.... Extraordinarily high - We eat @ Applebees & Champs for $35!

We were invited my another couple to this restaurant on New Year's Eve, because they love it! I see why. It was quite, peaceful, clean, waitress was friendly and fun! Food selection was awesome. I wanted to try everything. Food was hot, delicious and perfect flavors. Best Italian Restaurant in the area. I can't wait to go back and try more!
Pros: Fabulous Food and Atmosphere
Cons: Hidden, I never heard about it before or knew what I was missing out on! :)
