Went there with my son. I must say the items were hit and miss. I ordered 3 dishes, Sweet and Sour Chicken, which was good. Chop Suey type noodles which were excellent. Shrimp in lobster sauce which I couldn't bring myself to eat because it jiggled on the plate like jello and the flavor was not to my liking. My only problem with the staff is that she looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I didn't like the dish. They made me pay full price for the dish that I didn't eat even though I purchased four full dishes. That seemed a bit harsh, but hey I ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce that looked like a jelly fish had deflated on my plate.
Pros: Food was decent
Cons: Wait staff was lacking

This is our favoriate Chinese restaurant. I've liked everything we've tried on the menu. My daughter is fussy about her pot stickers, and these are her flat-out favorites. She gets two orders to take another one home for the next day. The cuisine includes the usual favorites (I'm partial to the Hunan Shrimp and the Hot and Sour soup), but also Taiwanese specialties.
It's in Frandor shopping mall-not an exclusive locale-but the food is first rate, and the restaurant never seems to be overcrowded. The service is always friendly.

Went here based on the reviews and I can say I was VERY disappointed. I ordered take-out and stood near counter forever until I was finally noticed and that happened because someone else came to pay for their food. And even then I had to call the waitress back, because she tried to leave WITHOUT taking my order even after waiting there for so long. I asked a question on how they prepared a certain dish and she was VERY RUDE. She was rush with her words and then got irritated with me when I decided not to order that dish. So basically in the end I order something I already was familiar with. I thought received my order in decent time, BUT it was NOT A COMPLETE ORDER!!! MORE TIME WASTED!!!! I had to go back and ask them for my other items, but they told me it was 15 minute wait for the rest of order. WHAT!?! This place is ALL SHOW with NO PERFORMANCE. I wish I could put minus stars in here.
Pros: Good Fortune Cookies
Cons: Horrible Service, Forgetful Cooks

This place is awesome. There service is on point. They are always asking you if need something at all the right times and in a very non-intrusive way. Usually you actually need what they are asking for, its amazing. So yeah the service is great, but what about the food? As others have said they give you way more than you can eat and you didn't even pay that much for it. How can you beat that!? They really have their food costs in check obviously which is a sign of good management. And the food quality ... it is good! I mean its probably not the best food you ever ate or anything, but it is very good. The atmosphere if you are on a date or you are just by yourself, you can't beat it. It is very quiet and personal. There are other great chinese-type restaurants in Lansing like Ukai, Udon, Oodles etc. But this place is pretty sweet and more than worthy of sticking in your rotation. Do it.
Pros: Service, atmosphere, price, food
Cons: none

Most Chinese restaurants don't care about the decor. Not this one. It is a nice and pretty place in the mall. A good place to go for some big occassion. I like their noodle best.
