Got a haircut here that's not so good. I'm pretty good at styling my hair with a round brush and blowdryer but this haircut looks flat and droopy no matter what I do. $36.00 plus tip wasted on this sad-looking haircut. The mark of a good salon is all of the staff and stylists having exceptional haircuts that look really sharp. At Visage, there's nothing special about any of their haircuts, which explains wny my haircut is anything but special. Time for some serious continuing education for your staff, Visage. Maybe have one or two nights a month dedicated to hands-on training on real heads of hair, not on mannequins. Eitiher way, it is very hard to get a good precision haircut in this county. May have to journey back to Philly/South Jersey for such. more

I had gotten my mom a gift certificate last year for Visage Visage. She didn't use it and wound up losing it. I decided to try again with my mom this year and booked us a couples massage and then she had a facial and I had a hair cut. \r First of all, I was able to call ahead and Colleen in reception went through a lot of trouble and manually searched their records and found the lost certificate! \r Also, I was very impressed with the consultation I had with my stylist. She was very knowledgable and gave great advice. The shampoo came with a fantastic scalp massage and the cut was quick and perfect. It usually takes 2 hours to tame my mop, but she had me done in 40 minutes. I don't usually color my hair, but overhearing the consulations around me were almost enough to make me reconsider. The styling staff are undoubably highly professional and experienced. As an added bonus, the cut was only $40!\r I recommend this place highly. more

I used to go there for massages with Stacy, she was really good but she doesn't work there anymore. The other massagist was nice but not above expectations. \r My disappointing experience was with the manicure. I went in for a sheelac manicure, which they advertised as having the product. The called a couple days earlier to let me know they ran out of the sheelac but had a product of another brand which was basically the same thing. Well, it wasn't and it wasn't done correctly. They had the gellish from OPI, which is not the same as shellac. It was applied as a gel, not as a nail polish and it wasn't a good manicure as my nails were bumpy on top and looked like they were diseased. Oh, and she didn't even clean my nails -- cuticle and all! If you want your nails cleaned, without cuticles, filed and so forth with a good nail polish, don't waste your time here. more

Erica is THE ABSOLUTE BEST aesthician! If you need a bikini or brazilian wax, you must go to her. I've been to quite a few places and I can't believe the torture I endured before I met her. She will put you at ease and her technique is as close as you can get to painless. Trust me, you will thank me for the recommendation. Also Alli does awesome pedicures. I travel alot as I am semi retired, and love to visit dayspas while my husband is on business. I recently had a half day spa, which included a facial, massage, nail, and hair services. The facial was wonderful, my face still is glowing and its been over 2 weeks. My massage therapist was one of the best I've ever had. My experience in thier lavish nail room was one worth repeating! They have unique boutique' items all over the day spa at suprisingly good prices. To be totally honest - it was one of the best salons I have gone to, from California to New York, and now Pennsylvania. I must say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa to anyone wanting pampering. I arranged for a consultation with one of their aestiticians and it was recommended to have a series of facials for my skin issues. I was told that after a series of 3 or 4 facials I would be very happy with the results. Well, their over and I hardly notice any difference. They are not dermatologists so don't listen to false promises. \r \r My last appointment I waited for 1/2 hour past my scheduled time and no one bothered to say anything about running late or offer a beverage.\r \r I won't bother going back. I recently was lucky enough to be included in a friends pre-bridal day spa experience at this very unique, wonderful day spa! Including mothers, there were over 10 girls with several services each. The day ran like clockwork!! If there was any wait at all (I didn't notice if there was) we spent it on the rooftop patio eating and drinking and having a great time. We didn't want for anything!!!! Someone was always there to help us with anything we asked for!! The place is just beautiful-really neat gifts everywhere- I dont think any of us left empty handed!! The staff was really wonderful, and the prices were less than I expected. I missed the next day at the spa (only the wedding party got to go to get makeup and hair done) but the results were astounding. Everyone at the wedding remarked on how beautiful the girls hair and makeup looked. They really did a neat job. I would recommend to anyone having a ""girls party"". NEAT-NEAT-NEAT!! I've been to many many day spas across the country and this ones the best!!! Hard to believe you're in Lancaster County!!!! They have and do it all!!! And the prices are so reasonable!! They even have 2 floors of unique boutique items-purses, jewelry, unique accessories-the closest thing to a NYC Day Spa!! Everyone I mention the name to tells me the same thing!!
