I have shopped at this store since they opened. The selection is good and the help is friendly. They seem to take good care of all of the animals with one exception, their Betta Siamese fighting fish. They get in very large shipments. Sometimes as many as 50+ at a time. They are in cups stacked 4-5 deep. For some reason these cups are stacked in a way that blocks the air hole in the lid of the one beneath it. Bettas are AIR BREATHING fish. They cannot breath if this lid is blocked. The manager needs to make sure these beautiful fish are displayed properly so that they do not have a higher than necessary mortality rate they are all sold. Other than that, this is a great store to shop at. PROS: Good selection, friendly employees CONS: Need to take better care of their Bettas

This sort of reminds me of Sam's Club or the likes, except for pets, because you can buy in bulk quantities and save money. This is great if you have multiple pets or just want to stock up on litter, food, etc. and save some cash in the meantime. It's worth checking out for that - they seem to carry a diversity of brands, so there's a good chance your favorite pet brand is sold here in bulk.

I shop here for my pet. The only thing I do not like is they need a bigger store because it does get cramped in there. And I think they need more pets. They only have the bacis pets that you cage up but those are everywhere. They need bigger pets cuter pets. But they are very helpful and they do have everything you need for your pet.

I shop at this Pet Supplies Plus store. They usually have some kind of sale going on and they also carry some pets such as: ferretts, birds, bunnies and fish. They do have a lot of pet food items and pet supplies. I started shopping here a few months ago and I have saved quite a bit of money on pet food. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. If you have a pet and you are looking for a good pet supply store I recommend this store.

There are several locations located in Ohio. If you are a pet owner you might want to check out the prices at this pet food and supplies store. I highly recommend them.
