I'm affraid that oneday he will do something terrible to that young man.I purposely sat slouched in my carso he wouldn't C me,cause I was affraid I'd hav to call police!& yes,I saw him yelling @ the lady in the office too.I saw her leave work that day,in tears,I think she lives up the street,I passed her a few blocks up,& she was still crying.A lot of us R not pleased !

This place is not honest!!Tells u one price , charges another....alot more!!!got our car back took extremely long time!!BUt when i got it back the ball joints were busted , car clunked up the road!!!They werent broken b4 that plus car acted as if it were going to die tooo!!OMg i called him he then picks up my car in the morning from my home , just to charge me for the tow!!!!this is after 1600 dollars of work first quote was for 900 omg car never was the same ...I do not can not drive this car anymore,it rots in my garage...found out after ward Callani was on carl monday ect.. for ripping ppl off , there are tons of cars in his lot, i find out its becuase he tells ppl hell fix their cars for certain amount , then turns around and says its much more and they cant pay , he then charges storage fees , so ppl never get their cars back....DEVILish

We've had the (not pleasure) of taking our car on a couple of occasions to Calanni Auto Service on Madison Avenue. Charlie is an unusual breed of mechanic - allowing someone to bring in their parts they want to use on their car and just pay for the service to install them. Charlie has serviced our car on several occasions. THe quality of work is very good. The price of repairs is comparable. We do have a couple of 'complaints'. If Charlie isn't in the shop, you can't pick up your car or find out about the status of your car. There are employees there but they can't help us? Another issue is the amount of time they have your car while doing repairs.
