Citizens of Lake Hiawatha should be very proud to have an establishment like "Funny Books" in their (our) town. Their "passion" is comic books and graphic novels and related collateral items like posters, artwork, figurines, etc.. It's hard to find dedicated retail establishments of this kind and it's extremely refreshing to have a place where you can find just about any "comic" or "graphic novel" that you can think of. The people there really know their stuff too and take the time to bring you up to date will all the products, storylines, and opinions of artists, writers and new releases. The place looks nice too. It's colorful and bright and clean. It's very organized and well laid out with easy to find items arranged together. They have lots of collector's items too, and much more. At the very least it's fun to just walk in and browse - - - It makes you feel like a kid again.
