That is what the company should be called. I called since they were local in Lake Forest area and got great service. The owner came himself and I had just moved in a new town home, in the downstairs bathroom, I had a missing faucett. I couldn't believe that the owner broke up a complete set that he had to match our existing faucets. The cost was very affordable. While he was there he checked all the plumbing so I wouldn't have to get charged for another service call. He was very clean and I couldn't even believe, I couldn't tell there was ever a problem. He cleared the drain and replaced the drain in the upstairs bathroom. Perfect service and affordable. Most contractors, plumbers, electricians, even Cox, leave a mess, not this company. Very careful and clean as if it was there house. more

I had the owner, Jim, of Royal Flush Plumbing out to replace my leaky water heater. He was prompt and the cost was fair (plus I was given 10% off since I was a first time customer). Very professional and he knew what he was doing. I will definitely use him again. more

I have used royal flush plumbing multiple times. He is always on time and he is very careful with his work. On one occasion he tested a pipe he had replaced multiple times before he left. I have had many properties over the years and he has been the best plumber I've encountered. more

Absolutely criminal. This man, who's wife is a real estate agent, is clearly in cahoots with his wife to rip off her clients. He insists on replacing parts that are not even related to the problem. When replacing a simple shower head, he had to replace the all the pipes within that wall... If he shows up, it will not be on time and he will have a horrible attitude. Not to mention that he will leave your floor scratched and dirty! Should you choose him, good luck! more

I had a problem with my downstairs toilet so i called this company and they came over next day and fixed the problem right away. It took only a couple hours and everything was done the right way. I appreciated the prompt manner the job was done in and it was well worth the price. more
