I have a bit of an odd ball car (Triumph TR6) and team there did a great job with it. It drives like new now. And, despite it taking much more time than the team initially expected (due to to some issues with the car - not their estimate), there wasn't any up-charge. All in all a great experience.
Pros: Can do attitude, good communication, exactly the $ promised
Cons: None

My office is located just next to Goodyear Auto & Tire Service. So it's convenient to get services done there. But there has been so many un-necessary recommendations, or they just ?forgot? to do things, or damages to my cars (they call them ?coincidences?) that I should have avoided them long time ago
They told me that my tires had <10% left. And there was a great promotion going on. I said I?d like to do a bit research and come back. The guy told me ?Be quick. If you drive on these tires an accident could happen any minute?. So I went to Costco and was was told I had 70% left on all tires. I don?t need new ones.
Every 3 months I do oil change there. They always recommend changing the air filter. I always say go ahead. Today another shop told me that the filter needs to be changed every year and looks like I need a new one. I said I just got a new one two months ago. They pulled it out and showed me how dirty it is. They said that it?s impossible to get that dirty within two month or 3000 miles. So, I didn?t get a new one two months ago.
A couple of times that some service lights on the dashboard go on only 1 week after an oil change were done. When I go check with them, they tell me ?sorry, we might have forgotten to fill it?
Recently the most extreme case came up: my car engine failed. The dealership told me that there was no engine oil. They asked me if I do oil change at all. Yes. I just did one a month ago. The dealership checked and confirmed there was no leaking. When I went back to Goodyear, they say it's just a ?coincidence?.
Another ?coincidence? is that when I dropped my car to their shop the horn was ok. Then when I pick it up and unlock the alarm, I noticed that the horn stopped working. They won?t fix it because that was a ?coincidence?.
When the first thing happened I should have avoided them. I am paying big prices of being lazy. If you don?t want these to happen to you, RUN, not walk, away from them!

I own a 2005 Mini Cooper S, I brought my own tires and had them mount and balance them for me. The Fee was 125.00. The fee was not a problem, but when I got the car back I first noticed that they had sprayed tire dressing on not only the tires but the whole bottom molding of the car. This made it nice and greasy but no harm done. Then I open the door to see grease and dirt all over the leather interior and on the steering wheel and gear shifter. I had to clean it off with some leather cleaner. I wased the car to get rid of the tire dressing and found they had badly marked up one rim, and slightly mangled another. When I went back to complain they instantly started blaiming it on curb damage. There was damage on the inside lip of the rim, it is impossible for it to be curb damage. I have also worked as an Automotive Technician for three years, I have ruined rims and I know how it is done and what it looks like. They treated me very poorly and even tried to sell me on repairs the car did not need. It was within 1000 miles of being services at the BMW dealership and these guys told me the front breaks were "metal on metal" and the rear break rotors were out of specification. The rear rotors have never been turned, in fact the rear pads are still the original pads put in by BMW. I seriously distrust them and definately dont recommend them, they WILL try adn rip you off. They offered to split the cost a new rim after I complained for about 20 minutes, they have not called me with a price for 2 days now.
Pros: None
Cons: Poor customer service and quality of work
