This is one of the best spas I have been to. When you first check in, they will take you to the relaxation room, where they will offer you teas, flavored waters, cookies, muffins, and fruit. You can sit and relax in this peaceful room before and after your treatments.
The massages are excellent, and the European facials are incredible. They will massage your feet, scalp, neck, and shoulders during the facial too! Awesome!

Everett Stunz is one of my favorite stores to shop. Their sales staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a fabulous selection of sheets and towels. On my last visit, I was told about these wonderful wood fiber sheets. I splurged, and treated myself to the most amazing sheets. They are out of this world! They also offer fun, unusual gifts for baby or the bride-to-be. Another favorite pasttime is seeing what is displayed in their window. They give me such great design ideas!

I have always loved going to the aquarium. It is a great way to spend the day, or even a few hours. It is great to get away and explore all the different parts of aquatic life. I love going with a group, since everyone is always amazed and pointing out stuff that I would normally miss if I was on my own.

you will definitely see your See by Chloe and Just Cavalli(I am not complaining even though I can't afford it is nice to look) and I am a follower of Philip Lim, but I also found some great local representation in terms of jewelry and clothing...like Zachory Pryor jewelry. The staff was very helpful, telling me about all the different lines and where they came from...

Don Carlos is a great local La Jolla Taco Shop. The atmosphere is friendly and the food is great!! Even if you're a vegetarian you will enjoy the food, though if you're a carnivore be sure to check out the California Burrito.

Gelateria Frizzante (both the LJ and Downtown locations) is a delicious choice for gelato lovers. It's the perfect amount of creaminess and gelato that will leave you begging for more. My favorite flavor is hazelnut.
The staff here is really nice and they will let you sample as many flavors as your heart desires! A wonderful treat on any day, even in the winter cold!
