As an alumni of UCSD I highly recommend this school! It is not only strong academically, but also located in the beautiful beach community of La Jolla, otherwise known as the "Jewel". There are six different colleges within the campus: Revelle, Muir, Marshall, Sixth, Roosevelt, and Warren. Each college is unique in terms of philosophy, curriculum, and course requirements. Courses unique to UCSD: surfing, Polynesian dance, and gospel choir. UCSD is a great university with much opportunity to grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. There are many opportunities to try different paths and find out who you are.

With excellent academic reputation and well situated next to the beach with almost perfect weather year round, UCSD is an ideal university for your studies. The Jacob School of Engineering has never dropped in the US News and World Report standings and has steadily moved up over the years. Anyone seriously considering furthering their studies should seriously consider UCSD.

Maybe i'm a little biased, but I happen to think that the Mandell-Weiss Center for the Performing Arts is a great place to catch a good show. It is on the UC San Diego campus, which makes it even more special. There usually always a show playing; and though it doesn't seat too many people, the intimate setting just makes the play that much more special and entertaining. I definitely recccomend watching anything here, but maybe i'm just a fan of anything live.

I have been to this place in the UCSD REMAC. The place is having a huge Hokey & foot ball stadium. This was used as a Picnic spot by Qualcomm for its annual picnic. Was a great outdoor place with lots of parking area & no traffic congestions while returning home. This huge place has a occupancy of more than 7 thousand people.
