I love going to Cody's for breakfast or lunch, the menu is somewhat limited, but I haven't had anything bad yet. The staff has always been friendly, and it seems they know how to give good service and yet not be too intrusive. I agree with some of the other things though, the parking is horrendous, but on a nice day in La Jolla, why not take a walk. The only thing I really don't like is the price for the amount, the taste is great, but the quantities for how much they charge is a bit much. Overall, its a good place to eat with a great view, I would recommend it for anyone. Pros: view, service, Cons: parking

If you want casual dining with a view, this is a good spot just off Prospect Street. The food is American and isn't bad, but for the prices I would go elsewhere. The last time I was there I had a wait staff member who was not that nice, so of course that makes the experience less fun.
