Steven was very professional and personable. I had an emergency gas problem and he called me within a few minutes after my request to service magic, and was at my house within 15 minutes. HIs work was very professional and at a fair rate. He also explained me about the problem very clearly and gave me multiple options about fixing it. I would recommend him to all my friends.

It's so hard to find good agents these days you can trust, I was lucky enough to become acquainted with Gary when he sold my neighbors house over 10 years ago. I didn't think of him again until I wanted to purchase a rental and then eventually sell that. He introduced me to one of his buyer's agents who helped me with a rushed purchase and then two years later he quickly sold my condo giving me a nice profit. Aside from a great selection of freshly brewed beer, Karl Strauss also has a wide selection on their food menu which ranges from burgers to ahi steaks. The bratwursts were very tasty as were the garlic mashed potatoes that accompanied the dish.
A place for the beer connoisseur where you can choose your beer according to its stats such as bitterness and body. I like my beer with a nice hoppy flavor and full bodied and when served fresh, it is absolutely delicious.
Service here is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is upbeat. A great place for college kids or a night for low key drinks amongst friends.

As Seen On TV is a pretty cool store in San Diego, CA. It pretty much sells just what it says…stuff that is “as seen on TV.” So every time you see something in an info commercial on TV that seems pretty cool but you just don’t know if it’s good quality or you just have questions about it and want to see it in person before you buy it, this is the store for you. The prices are pretty steep on some items (mostly on electronic items), but the store also has pretty good deals it seems like too. If you’re not in the market to buy anything, it’s still fun just to go in the store and play with all the sample products. That’s usually what I do. Overall, it’s a pretty fun place to shop.
