This store is very nice! Cats, Dogs, Birds & Small Animals, and Fish. Not only is it clean, but they have a huge assortment of pet supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have animals for adoption, animal training classes, a vet, a groomer, and a really, really nice pet hotel. You will definitely be impressed by this store.

Calcopy is family owned not a mega business like Kinko's AND yet, it manages to offer cheaper prices!The staff have worked there for years and so it is great to walk in year after year and see the same faces behind the counter...YES the pace of service is not like a fastfood place but hey, enough of that hyper efficient/ hyper exploited labor working for a faceless corporation. So when I wanted to take my infant daughter for a passport photo shot guess where I went? to Calcopy and sure enough it was an unhurried experience with several retakes and no stress. UCSD's young impatient undergrads should learn to value small businesses before they disappear all together and leave us to the mercy of pristine, soul-less kinkos.

I've had to run to this place late at night more often than I can count. The place has always been as clean as can be for an active store, with plenty of copiers available. I've stopped at other copy shops that had ridiculous waits, but that's not a concern here. The employees can be a little passive-aggressive sometimes, but that's to be expected when one's making copies at two in the morning.

I must say that my experience at this hospital was stellar and very refreshing! The people that work there are obviously loving and caring as they made my dog feel comfy and calm right away. The Doctor spoke to me with compassion, as though he genuinely cared about the health and well being of my dog. I did not feel like a "number" in his busy day.
He actually took the time to explain things to me. He was very thorough. (hard to find!) He was kind, sensitive and gentle with my dog. I am grateful for his vast knowledge regarding flea and tick control. It was very useful. (especially when you have children in the house!) I felt very comfortable and taken care of here. Any Doctor that goes above and beyond like this one deserves my business.
Highly recommended!
Pros: He's kind and he takes the time to explain things to you.
Cons: None to my knowledge.

I love going to Cody's for breakfast or lunch, the menu is somewhat limited, but I haven't had anything bad yet. The staff has always been friendly, and it seems they know how to give good service and yet not be too intrusive. I agree with some of the other things though, the parking is horrendous, but on a nice day in La Jolla, why not take a walk. The only thing I really don't like is the price for the amount, the taste is great, but the quantities for how much they charge is a bit much. Overall, its a good place to eat with a great view, I would recommend it for anyone.

Steven was very professional and personable. I had an emergency gas problem and he called me within a few minutes after my request to service magic, and was at my house within 15 minutes. HIs work was very professional and at a fair rate. He also explained me about the problem very clearly and gave me multiple options about fixing it. I would recommend him to all my friends.
