This is a great sit down place for Chinese food in La Habra. The food is great and service is decent. Prices are affordable. Once you try it, you will be coming back.

I have been going here for years and I love Golden Star. The service is great and they serve delicious food promptly. The people there are really friendly and I keep coming back for fried wontons.

My friend has been going here since she was a toddler and she finally took me here the other week and I loved it. The chinese food here isn't too oily or too salty. As a Chinese native myself, its hard for me to find chinese food in orange county that i really like. Chowmein and eggfoo young were bomb and the fried wonton's were incredibly addicting.

I tried this placed based on Citysearch rating of 8.5. I don't know who gave it that rating but the Kung Pao Chicken tasted like burnt mushrooms. Won Ton Soup and fried rice ok but no better that what you can get at the fast food wok places for half the price. Empty parking lot should have been a clue. Not recommended.
Cons: food
