I have to agree with the other reviewers that they seem nice and polite, but when you get there, all the salespeople are dishonest. My daughter and I had a horrible experience with the salespeople lying to us, to the point we had to consult an attorney. So please, be careful and do not choose this dealership.

I've been coming here for almost 30 years. Why? Because I get good deals and these people are HONEST. Unlike most car dealerships, this is still FAMILY-OWNED and run. Many of their employees have been there for as long as I have been coming!!! I just never worry about getting "ripped off". This is downhome service in a big ol' city. HIGHLY recommended.
Pros: If they don't have the car you want, they'll find it for you.

Buyer beware; this company is sneaky about flagrantly over-charging for upgrades (they charge more than the going rate for the upgrade, and then don't give credit for the stock item that you're not getting because of the upgrade.) I can't believe the way they treated my family, and the rude and dismissive way Alan Cadillac's General Manager talked to my 70-year-old father after the wheel/tire upgrade they sold caused what could have easily been a deadly accident. Beware of Alan Cadillac!

Dishonest sales tactics. Greedy. This place ripped off my senior citizen father by grossly over-charging for dangerous optional tires/wheels that were highly unsafe for the kind of daily commute explained to the sales staff. Thankfully, nobody lost their life when the low profile tires/wheels broke after only a couple of months use.
