I attended a wedding reception here recently and found the hotel to be in a great location to avoid much of the tourist car traffic of the area, yet close enough to essential shops and services to avoid a sense of isolation.
Good, friendly desk staff and the room was clean, though the strength of the air conditioner left a lot to be desired.

Carpet Emporium was recommended to us by our contractor for a recent kitchen remodel. I wouldn't have picked this place on my own because it's in an older complex and looked small. But once you got inside you realized they have a great staff and good selection! I'd much rather go here and get one-on-one attention, than be ignored in one of the bigger home improvement warehouses. The salesperson helped us pick out exactly the right floor for our new kitchen! They were efficient, neat and completed the job on time. The one mistake that was made was fixed immediately with no argument or trouble. They employ their installers, instead of sub-contracting, so you know that you will have quality installation. The floor turned out beautiful and we will use them again for other projects!

So I'm wandering around my new home of Laguna Hills and found a few furniture stores that looked decent. I stopped in at this easy life location and was so surprised by how much they had! I got a really great leather couch that matches the wood in my new place perfectly!
The delivery guys weren't very talkative, must have wanted to get the job done, but I can understand that. They delivered my couch (and ottoman!) a couple days after my purchase and made sure it fit okay.
The prices were more than affordable, which is great. Overall I'd have to say I was happy with my purchases!
Pros: selection
Cons: selection- it took me forever to decide
