DON'T GO HERE! I visited the spa 3 times, hoping it would get better, but I have finally given up.
I'm not surprised to read here that other reviewers had the same problems as I did with the scheduling mix-ups and the rude staff. I was hounded by the receptionist to make an appointment, only to find that when I arrived at the spa, they had no record of the appointment being made and sent me right back home. Sadly for me, this happened TWICE in a row! Overall, the staff is rude and arrogant. When they couldn't keep my appointments they said they were "booked solid" ...and yet, the 3 times I was there, I was the only person in the building...
The spa itself is pretty pathetic in its design (looks like a granny's parlor), and I was a little grossed out to touch the massage bed in my room with my bare skin. The service I received (the one time they managed to keep an appointment) was average at best. It's tucked away in a desolate strip mall, and honestly, it's not worth searching for. Unlike a legitimate business, they don't accept credit cards-this place is a sham.
I received the 4-visit package as a gift, and sadly won't bother to redeem my remaining visits. Save your money or spend it in a more professional spa.
