My brother sent me an edible arrangment for my bday. They came to deliver it & no one was home (but the dog in the yard). The delivery person called me to notify me of my gift. Due to some confusion (probably on my part, not the stores) they delivered it again the next day (I was out of town) - much to my daughter's delight. I called the store to explain that we arranged to wait until the weekend! They immediatly told me to tell my daughter to "enjoy" AND they had my fresh, new arrangment ready for me when I got back into town. I met the owner (when I picked it up) & what a delightful man. I/we really enjoyed the chocolate strawberries, apples & other goodies. It was also so nice to see such great customer service - above & beyond. If you're looking for a special gift for someone or for yourself or family - I can highly recommend this company, & this location.
Pros: Great product (fresh as can be) & 5-star customer service

This bookstore takes up a nice sized area. They are pretty much the only store on the upper level of the mall, besides the food court. Selection is decent, but prices dont match what you can get at other, larger chains. They offer some booths to sit in and browse, but the seats are bit beat up, and cushions have come off and fallen down on the floor while we were using them.

They always carry a small selection of holiday items for each season, and have the typical knick knacks you normally see at these types of stores. I was really surprised for a Disney employee at the poor level of customer service I received. I asked her if she had any Princess Sleeping Bags in her store and she told me she didn't. That was OK. I then asked her what time they were open on Thursday & Friday evening as I do my Christmas shopping after my husband gets home from work. She re-iterated "Thursday & Friday?" I replied "yes". She said, "well I know we're open tonight til 10, I think". I said " 10 o'clock? ok". She the proceeded to hang up. This employee never even tried to find out. I was very surprised that Disney would hire a person with such a bad attitude. I shop Disney all year long and have never, even on the holidays, experienced any of their employees give poor customer service. Sorry but I was irked!!
