Great unique dinning experience with music from the Big Band days and breakfast that is served all day
long. Which I totally love! The food is good and the place was something different not to long ago
and has just recently changed. The only thing is that they can be pretty expensive for what you get but they do have a seniors menu and a couple of different type of meals that are good.

I don't tend to choose fish when I go out for lunch. But I've had a couple of meals here and it's tasty enough for me to willingly eat fish! The food is prepared fresh and it's not nearly as heavy as standard Mexican fare. The proces are pretty reasonable for the quality of theh food. This place can get crowded for lunch and it can take a few minutes to get your food, but I would rather wait for fresh food than have them pull a taco out of a warmer.

This place is awesome. The food quality is awesome, and I love their salsa. We rarely get a meal there, but we always go in to get the chips and salsa... that and some homemade quessidiallas are the best.
The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are fine.

My family goes to Baja Fresh at least once a week. They offer a variety of items that not only taste incredibly fresh, many of these items are healthy too! The service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. Their salsa bar is simply the best!

I've only eaten at a Togo's near my office and always had a good experience. I happened to be near this Togo's on .31 cent Scoop night and decided to stop by. Not only did I experience a great sandwich (Turkey with a generous helping of avocado), great service with a smile (which is almost non existant any more) and a clean dining area, but they had a band! I've never seen this in any other store before and it was very entertaining and made my dining experience alot of fun. Someone at this location has a clue about marketing. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommended by peers at yelp, my wife and I decided to try this place for brunch on Sat morning. For those people who are not familiar of the plaza layout, the restaurant can be hard to find. The location of this restaurant is between trade Joe and mandarin terrace, and is right next to yarn lady.
Once set down, my wife ordered Thai coffee while I ordered iced tea. While waiting for our drinks, my wife explained to me that the chef for this restaurant used to be a chef at Ritz. She explained that the chef wanted to spend more time with his family, so he opened this restaurant in 2006. This restaurant only open till 3:00pm everyday.
When the waiter brought the coffee and iced tea. I immediately fall in love with the tea. The tropical iced tea has a very different taste than the usual commercial iced tea. No sugar was needed and usually I am the type of person that puts lots of honey or sugar to the tea to cover the bitter taste of the tea. The coffee was also very rich and very tasty.
The menu for the entree is different than what you normally would see. The selection are Beef, Chicken, Duck, ... etc and of course the typical breakfast items such as pancake, waffle, eggs and bacon ... etc. I ordered Beef while my wife ordered the Duck.
When the waiter brought out the dishes, the plating of the dishes were phenomenal. You felt that you are eating at a 5 star restaurant while paying the 3 star restaurant price. Overall, the duck was pretty tasty. I especially enjoyed the duck meat in combination with the rich creamy sauce of cauliflower puree and slight sour taste of the goji berry.
The Beef was great too. The meat were very tender and moist. The two (Merlot seasoned)poached eggs were tasty. The strong smell of red wine in the poached eggs were a a great complement of the beef. The taro bits and mushroom and rice cake within the dish brought a very different experience to the taste but.
After the meal, we had chocolate cream brulee. Unlike typical American desert, the cream brulee was not too sweet and even after you finished the dish, you can still taste the richness of chocolate in your mouth.
I highly recommend going to restaurant for a meal. The outside patio seating is very relaxing. If you ever are around Laguna Hill mall around lunch time, you should definitely try this restaurant.

Food at CPK is normally good however one bad experience can make people think twice about going back. Here's my plight and complaint...After my wife gave birth at a nearby hospital, she ordered BBQ chopped salad take-out from the Laguna Hills CPK as a treat from the typically bad hospital food. I picked up the food and delivered the food to my wife. As she finishes half her salad and a piece of bread, she notices that the remaining pieces of bread had black/green stuff in the middle of all the pieces of bread. After closer examination, it turns out to be MOLD...with disgust and a lost appetite, I called the restaurant back to complain. The night shift manager asked that I bring the bread back to the restaurant the next day and the manager at that time will take care of the situation. That's when it all went to HELL!!!
I brought the samples back to the manager, David Bonilla, the next day and all he could say was thanks for bringing the samples back and he will send it to the bread company. I waited for some kind of sincere apology with a reparation of some sort like a refund of the meal or complimetary dish on your next visit. None of that sort. He said the bread was free so he can offer me some more free bread if i'd like. In other words, he didn't feel that consumer eating moldy bread from his restaurant was not an incident big enough for a gesture of that sort. I said a customer can have a bad experience at your restaurant & get their meal comped but having my wife eat moldy bread from your restaurant wasn't good enough. I was so appalled & upset at the situation. On top of that, I asked for the corporate office to file a complaint and he antogonized me even more to go ahead & call & see if anything happens. This whole experience was unbelievable & certainly unacceptable. I thought managers are trained to diffuse these situations but apparently not. He didn't even obtain information or write down some incident report for further investigation.

One of my favorite restaurants. If you're a pizza lover, California Pizza Kitchen is the place to go. ALL their pizzas are delicious. The most popular has to be the Thai Chicken Pizza and BBQ Chicken Pizza. The service is great. The atmosphere is fun. You even get to see the ovens they use to cook up the pizza. If you're not a pizza fan, the salads and pasta is also good.
