I went here on a whim, I have another stylist (Tony and Guy) I usually go to and i regret this. I see a lot of good review and i don't understand if maybe I just had a bad stylist. First I went in to just get a haircut and I usually just use the hair dye in a box. They convinced me that they have the best hair dye and condition so I decided to give it a whirl! I explained to the stylist I like to have the straight rocker style no fluff or fullness, like razored at the ends and layered. When she was done she was like it looks so full and beautiful! I was like that isn't what I wanted it was a blunt cut and was horrible no sense of style at all took the good cut I had and wiped it out! I had to go home and fix it and I am waiting til it grow more so I can have my stylist give me back my great cut. This lady was a amateur, and does not know what the customer wants... go and continue to cut old lady hair. Also the great dye job did even cover the hair, mind you I was getting black done, and never have had a problem with black hair dye not covering my hair, and the extra condition is B.S.. It looked washed out before I even washed it. I have had better luck with Clairol. She told me we will get it next time...like I would pay that amount of money next time for B.S. On top of them trying to sell me Redkin products I have already have and tried and did not need... come one didn't I waste enough money on your B.S. Purely disappointed. Pros: no Cons: Stylist Doesnt listen. Hair Dye didn't cover.

I stumbled upon Julian Hans Salon about 2 years ago and I found a true jem. My hair has never been healthier and i look forward to my visits everytime. The most important thing is their service. They are always smiling and greet me by name. They always ask if I'd like something to drink and they always treat me like royalty. I say they because every single staff member does so and this is whats keeps me coming back and sending all my friends and family to them. I get my haircut by Tara and she is so sweet. She is down to earth and I truely enjoy my visits with her. I love how honest and passionate she is when it comes to my hair. She tells me the truth of what i need and what i dont need. I thank everyone at Julian Hans Salon and especially Rosemary for giving me the best experiance possible. You wont regret choosing Julian Hans. Pros: Outstanding service, amazing staff, healthy & gorgeous hair Cons: You never will find another salon as great as this

I am a discerning professional and have been going to Julian Hans Salon for over 10 years with 5-star results. While the entire staff is courteous and engaging, my primary experience has been with my hair stylist Nazzi Memarzadeh. In addition to being a consummate professional, Nazzi brings a welcome touch of friendliness to every visit. Though I cannot promise everyone a hello/goodbye hug at each visit, I have enjoyed such a personal touch for a decade now & as we all know - it's the little things that count. Nathan is the best! What else can I say. I am a guy, but I am also picky about what my hair looks like. I am in sales and need to present a professional look and attitude. Good hair does that for me. I moved out of Orange County for several years and tried to find someone, anyone that could style my hair as well as Nathan. I even paid more, but to no avail. I finally resigned myself to drive the 2 hours to Julian Hans to get the expected service. Happy to say I am now back in OC and happy with the ability to get to Nathan easily. You MUST try Julian Hans, ask for Nathan. You will never go anywhere else. Pros: Customer Service, Professionalism, Class
