Wow, I was just in Laguna Beach a few weeks ago when a came back upon this place. I remember going there as a kid!! It's amazing to see that they still have those giant barrels of candy and the huge selection I used to remember. The price is by the pound -- and is pretty reasonable -- so I'd recommend checking it out.

My husband and I dined here at the Terrace Cafe one Sat. night with another couple. We were looking for somewhere to watch the sunset and grab an appetizer. We all enjoyed the views so much, we felt like we were on vacation in Hawaii. The appetizers were good, like the clam chowder. It's overpriced, but growing up in a beach city I knew it would be. It's around 15 bucks for a hamburger, but the views make it all worth the price of the food. I read the other reviews about the wait staff and was surprised since our server was awesome and so attentive to us. We will go back here for sure!

Had to write a review because this is the classiest salon I've ever been in. My spray tan was better than Mystic because of their highend machine. It has spray bars that move up and down your body. Seen another reviewer who didn't get even tan, but mine was great. Maybe newer machine? I don't know, but if you're looking for a tanning salon that's more of a highend type of salon and very clean, you've got to check this one out. Very classy!
PROS: Very clean and best tanning beds I've ever been in
CONS: Weekend hours, they close at 4:00

Burgers are the main focus, however they have burritos too. The food is greasy and really over priced. It is located in a beach motel area and they are charging resort prices.

This is the best italian food place in town! From the spaghetti with meatballs to the BEST chicken fettuccine I have every tasted! When ever I go, I look forward to the bread with the pesto sauce because it is just do delicious. As a healthier alternative, you can change a selection of the menu items to using whole wheat pasta, and it makes it just as good or better. The vegetable soup is delicious as well, to start off the meal or to have as a main course. The one thing I would dock the restaurant for is the occasional slow service. I once waited about forty minutes for my meal, but after its arrival, it made up for the long wait. Over all, A+ for food and fun atmosphere for families, friends, and even couples!
Pros: Great food, Very reasonably priced, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Sometimes long waits for a table and food

Everytime I have had an opportunity to dine at the Loft I have never been more satisfied and overwhelmed by the above par food and service. The view is spectacular, and the food is fantastic - everyone should try the Coffee Crusted New York once in their life - IT IS AMAZING!!!! But what keeps me coming back even more is the outstanding service. The only time I have had a server that knowledgeable and that attentive is when I have dined in finer restaurants in San Francisco and New York - and even then The Loft gives them a run for their money. The bartender Dave is not only fun but can tell you everything about the area. For a casual fun bite to eat I recommend eating with him in the bar. But this best part of the experience is the huge wine list and the more than accomadating sommelier. Sit down, pick out what you want and then ask the sommelier Kristina to do wine pairings for you, I am never short of amazed at the innovating wines she recommends. Truly outstanding!
Pros: Service, Wine Food, View
Cons: Parking

More
The Laguna Beach Art Museum began as a tiny gallery and then moved to the new deluxe location sometime in the 1950s. The nice thing about this museum is that they are able to offer exhibits that feature local art as well as specialized topics. The museum has a number of early local Laguna artists in their regular collection. The museum also offers specialized programs where you can dine in the museum and hear a lecture on a special exhibit. Evening presentations often include music and lectures. Parking is available on the street or in the museum lot.
