I had a family room carpet I thought I was going to have to replace because it was in such bad shape. Tim came in and when he left my carpet looked almost new again. He did a fantastic job and was very pleasant to have around. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Gordana is truly talented! I am never going anywhere else. She is going to be my new massuer. I found her ad on here and tried her out. It was fantastic. I can not say enough good things about this place. You definitely need to check it out if you are looking for a great massage.

I had my hair cut and styled here by Tess (haircut is average, no help with trying new styles) since Oct 06. On 8/3/07 all salon employees (Sean Patrick too!!!) ignored me while I waited for Tess for 20 minutes. I was the only customer waiting (I saw about 6 employees). Tess even came out to the front, made eye contact and didn't say anything. When I got up to see what was going on after 20 min, they said oh yeah, Tess is running late. That's the second time it happened to me here. Last time was Dec 06. Are there ANY salons in the western suburbs with respectful customer service. This is supposed to be a beauty salon, right? Why did they make me feel so ugly?
