Best mattress I ever slept on. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. They build the mattresses right there! The factory is attached to the showroom ... we even got a tour. My delivery was scheduled for the next day and after shopping around the price couldn't be beat! This company has been in business for almost 40 years and it is easy to tell why.

The company is true to their saying- Every countertop a masterpiece. Blue Pearl knows what theyre doing and has great customer service. Talk to Teresa or Ken. They can find any stone and have Zodiaq and Caesarstone too. My kitchen was complete in less than 2 weeks from order.

Junior was always very clear in his communication during the contract creation. The price of installation was half of some of the larger companies. The windows being replaced were in a second floor condo. He and his workers did an excellent job of coming out first thing in the morning. They set up a safe environment for the project. Junior and his workers help up their end of the contract. In fact the area near the windows was cleaner after the replacement than before. I would highly recommend Flores windows for a few reasons. They are honest, live up to their promises, and do quality work. To me they are an overall excellent value.

AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE GENERAL MANAGER VICKY IS A HUGE LIAR. I BOUGHT A COUCH THAT WAS DEFECTIVE. SHE HAD IT PICKED UP AND SAID SHE ORDERED A NEW ONE. WHEN THE "NEW ONE" WAS DELIVERED SURPRISE IT WAS THE SAME OLD COUCH THAT SHE TRIED TO HAVE REPAIRED AND LOOKED WORSE THAN WHEN THE PICKED IT UP FROM MY HOUSE THE FIRST TIME. IT WAS NOT EVEN WRAPPED IN PLASTIC AND APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN CRUSHED AND DAMAGED ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK. WILL I EVER GET THE NEW COUCH I PAID FOR? WILL I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK? I DON'T KNOW YET BUT I WOULDN'T SHOP HERE IF I WERE YOU AND VICKY THE GENERAL MANAGER AND VALUE CITY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

I called for a regrigerator repair person to fix my fridge. He came to my house 4 hours late and within two minutes said he could not fix my (3 year old) refrigerator. Then he said I owed him 75 dollars for his expertise. This is not a reputable business. He threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay and was very disrespectful to me and my wife. The repair guy also tried to sell me some anti aging drink through his 'side job'. I called another company to come fix my fridge and they had it running in tip top shape in 15 minutes...now that's worth 75 dollars!!
Beware of this company. Steer clear and find someone else who knows what they're doing!!
Update: I called VILLIAGE APPLIANCE SERVICE and spoke to Nicole and Jesse. They both informed me any consumer who calls for their service will be charged $72.50 JUST FOR A TECH TO SHOW UP TO YOUR DOOR. Beyond that, you will have to pay more for a diagnosis....and A LOT more for a repair.

My wife pumped some gas today, and it stuck spilling gas every where. The attendant did nothing to assist her and blamed her for the pump malfunction. When I called to address the situation - the person hung up on me. I will let everyone I know about their lack of service and/or concern. Avoid using this gas station at all costs.
Pros: nothing
Cons: incompetent - rude - can go on and on
