This dealership far surpassed my expectations. In general I have a pretty low opinion of car salesmen and dealerships based on several negative prior experiences. Continental turned all that upside down - this dealership is clean and spacious. We had done our research and knew what the car was worth with the options we wanted and what the cost was to the dealership. The salesman that met with us was up-front and honest (shocking!) and met our price immediately. From the time we arrived to the time I drove my new car home, it was maybe an hour. (in the past I have spent entire afternoons at dealerships with the haggling, etc.) I cannot say enough about how great this dealership has been - I would not buy a car anywhere else! PROS: clean, organized, no pressure CONS: none!
