This is the largest credit union in Thurston County. I have been a member for decades and the pros are: It has a lot of branches, many ATM machines and they generally are in working order. The Cons are: This credit union has gotten so large its more like a large National bank instead of being a credit union. It is a good place to obtain loans from especially car and RV loans.

I had an evaluation done at the end of July '09 and it is now almost Nov '09 and still no report has been written up. I paid $ 135 for a service that has still not been rendered! I have made numerous calls inquiring about when I might be expecting them to complete their duties in which I paid them for and I only get excuses for their incompetence. They are lazy. This is unacceptable to me and I do not recommended anyone go to them if they are in need of the type of service this place supposedly provides!!! Find some place that actually does what you pay them for.
Pros: not a damn thing
Cons: they are slow, unresponsive, lazy and incompedent

This store is easy access off of I-5. Plus, the signage is great. You know the store is somewhere around the area. To get to it the first time, though, I found kind of hard.
Once inside the store, I was greeted promptly by the service counter employee. I did not receive any help when I started browsing the bike floor area, though. When I approached someone, he seemed in a hurry. I was given a catalog and told to give him a call. I was not impressed.
Many bikes were not priced, which I didn't like.
The atmosphere was clean and easy to maneuver in.
