This store/gas station is ok however it is not the cheapest place to fill up. I normally just stop in for a soda and a snack and skip the fill-up until I get into town. The staff is nice and the store is clean.

their inventory changes daily, but the store is very cramped. It's almost like browsing through a very small, crowded Goodwill. I think they are overpriced. They strive to be in the specialty antique business (or so it seems), but they fail here. It may as well be anoverpriced indoor garagesale. I have not found the staff very helpful either. They just stare at you to make sure you don't attempt stealing anything.

This is a good golf course. The biggest advantage is it is dry year around. In fact its one of the driest courses in the State, so can be played year round. They have a putting green, sand practice bunkers, and a driving range. This course offers the best price for the quality course it is. One drawback for beginners or poor golfers are houses are located most of the course and are easily hit if you slice or hook the ball. The course is very safe. They offer super membership rates for regular golfers as well as low senior rates. For the money you probably cant do better in the greater Olympia area. It has some trees and only one water hole so lost balls aren't much of a factor. The course is very well maintained. With the recent opening of the Firecreek restaurant there a great meal can be gotten too. THe 19th hole espresso stand is great for lattes and mocha drinks. The course is flat so can be walked but is fairly long. It offers 3 tee placements. The pro shop has been made very small due to the expansion of the restaurant.

This clinic provides very good denture services at a reasonable rate. You can depend on them to get you good fitting dentures. They also do repairs too. The clinic offers many payment plans and will work with you if cost is a factor. They do not charge for a consultation so if you need dentures feel free to call upon them. They are fast in providing repairs and dentures.

This location always amazes me with how efficient they are in getting your pizzas prepared. Even when swamped with orders i usually only have to wait 15 minutes from when i order or less time if i call ahead. They have a take out large 4 topping special that is only $8.99. They also have 3 mediums with one topping for $5.00 each or three Large for $7.00 each. The pizzas are very good tasting and of course they deliver to your place too. They have 14 toppings to choose from as well as 3 types of dough. You cant beat this place for the money. They have other items such as wings, Bread sticks and Cinni stix too. Also carry beverages. The nice thing is you don't have to bake the pizzas to get a great bargain.

Pints and Quarts is the best new bar in town. It's small and cozy, and the decor makes you feel like you're in someone's home...leather sofas add to the feeling. This bar is non-smoking, so if you don't smoke and don't like smelling like cigarettes after a night at the bar, P&Q is the place for you. The drinks are generous and the food is delicious...kind of gourmet bar food. It's worth the trip just to eat a good meal.

While smaller than other gyms in town, Powerhouse Gym packs one big benefit: OPEN 24 HOURS! The facility is small, but has all the equipment you will ever need in a gym. They also offer free exercise classes with the membership. While they are not the cheapest, at about $20 per month, this is still the perfect gym for anyone from body builders, marathon runners, or people trying to shed some unnecessary weight.

My mother has worked as a nurse at Panorama City for over 20 years, so it's been a big part of my life. This quaint nursing home is fully staffed, and has all of life's luxuries in one place. With an excellent on-campus restaurant, bank, stores, etc., they have made life just that much easier. This community has houses, apartments, and hospital beds. With beautiful scenary and lots of activities, this is the best place in Olympia to retire.

Applebee's is quite similar to Red Robin, only slightly more subdued. The lighting's dim and the walls are covered in local memorabilia, following their "neighborhood grill" theme. It's more than a fancy fast food joint because they serve less burger and fries, more steak and potatoes. I find myself preferring Applebee's over Red Robin when I don't feel like eating in a noisy setting and don't want to run into anybody I know from high school.
